Sucker Punch
The girls race to gather the items needed to make their escape before Babydoll runs out of time. The film is often harshly criticized for having an incoherent plot and relying heavily on its
flashy CGI-heavy fantasy sequences, but I rather enjoyed it.

Considering the creators of the movie touted that it used more practical effects and less CGI, it's a shame it was the winner in a CGI category.

You must be thinking of Rogue One. Leia was played by Carrie Fisher in The Force Awakens, and Tarkin doesn't appear in The Force Awakens (because his character's dead).

I was going to go with A New Hope, but I'm not sure there was any CGI in there at all.

If you had gone with the Special Edition, specifically, that would be an answer worthy of winning, simply for the way you would have trolled hardcore Star Wars fans.

Forget R2-D2. It was TRS-80 that allowed the alliance to get the upper hand.

The ever famous diner scene between Pacino and DeNiro, and that post bank shootout turns an LA street into quite a death trap.

Death traps are Indie's stock in trade, and Marion has an awesome bar (until the Nazis burn it down, turning it into a death trap).
