That's all over the place. My wife gets those all the time (for IPass in Illinois) and I've seen others complaining on social media. I'm guessing any state with toll roads is getting those.
Yeah, it's EZPass here. I almost got suckered in because Wife had a legit EZPass incident a few years ago that grew quite expensive with added fees and penalties after she never received the original notice. When I showed her the text she pointed out a couple of spelling/grammar errors that should have been an instant giveaway.
I too have Ez pass and get those.
I just go online myself and check my account.
I also get them for other toll things that I have never had like sunpass.
Thankfully my wife knows to double check with me before clicking anything but she doesn't even have access to our ez pass so that's an extra level of security

All have been fraudulent, as of course EZPass knows how to bill you without threatening weird legal action. They have your credit card on file.
I've been dubious about letting Sunpass (or anyone except Steam ) keep my credit card info. I'd rather enter the data each time.
