So once I proposed marriage Sarah was undismissable, but now that we're hitched...
My gosh, Sarah is getting really clingy. I've dropped her as my companion and taken the robot

Are you talking about the actual dialogue that was written for her, or just the somewhat frequent prompts that she wants to talk to you about something?

The prompts. "I have something for you", etc.

I stopped taking any companions. Not only because my Introvert trait gives a bonus for being alone, but also because I was tired of the idiots stepping into my line of fire during EVERY SINGLE COMBAT.

Is it accompanied by bow chicka bow wow music?
No, sadly, although things might get a little more serious if Sarah would ever wear something other than her leather jacket.

You know you can equip them - right?
Is there something that yriggers this ability?
I've tried giving Sarah better equipmwnt while we go on a bug hunt and the option to trade has mever popped up.

You can’t even talk to her and select ‘let’s trade’ ?

On pc, when you are looking at their inventory (after initiating trade) you find what you want them to wear and hit the B key (tool tip on bottom)

I can talk to her but there is no option to trade when I do.

See above...
Do you have to be past a certain point in the main artifact ques5 maybe?

The closest I've seen is PJs.
If you happen to have BG3 though there is a mod that adds that and more.

I dunno. My personal experience is only with the robot from the very start. He offers to hold items for you when you become overloaded - and I understood that this mechanic was available on everyone you make a part of your little team. I will let someone else speak to that aspect of the game.
Personally, I'm taking it so slow that I've not even told Sarah that I'm OK with joining Constellation officially ("I'm not sure, let me have some time to think...").
I got my room - and then went out to learn the game. Only level 13 at the moment, but so so so loving it.

There are a significant number of mods out for PC already that go well beyond that. It's actually embarrassing going to the Nexus, when half of the page is breasts (and the other half is butts.)

As far as the main quest I "think" I got so far as to get to the lodge, looked around, saw the artifact pelresentation, then left with Sarah in tow. I don't even think I invited her, more like she invited herself.
Then I went off on side quests and am currently following the terrormorph one.
I dtill have the same dialogue as you. First one is something like I'm with you lets ho them the other one is what you said. Then i think there is a 3rd option. Definitely not trade but i dont remember what it is.

I just hit 90 hours on Steam, 80 hours according to the save game; I pause and save a lot . Still really enjoying the game. Some of these missions are quite complex and lengthy. I'm on the fifth main mission, but I've gotten side-tracked on a Crimson Fleet mission, from which I'm also getting side-tracked .

I don't know - it sounds like (with her in tow) she is part of your crew - but it also sounds like she isn't, but I think I'm actually (regarding the main quest) still behind you.
My current Main mission is The Old Neighborhood - and it's the first/only step: "Talk to Sarah" I believe it's the earliest you can stop on the Main quest line and still go out and do whatever you want.

As do I - where do you see the 'save game' time shown? - and is that does not count any time paused?

At the main menu, highlight save or load, each save game has the elapsed mission time shown underneath the date of the save. I don't think it counts time when paused or alt+tabbed out since that would account for the ten hours difference.
Meanwhile, I've put Sarah in a striking outfit . And yes, it did just occur to me that I have an all-female crew (except for Vasco and I'm trying to alter his voice box )

I am on the same mission but just 1 step ahead of you. My talk to Sarah has been checked off as done and I am waiting for the next to be completed. I've put that on pause and have gone onto different missions.
I have 2 different faction quest, 1 misc, and 5 unstarted activities.

Even better, you just keep your best semi-auto suppressed (preferably instigating) Beowulf and all other weapons are useless by comparison so sell them.
Huh, I just got a Beowulf, I'll have to give it a closer look.
So I tried the Beowulf but I find I'm getting better performance from this. I'll probably keep them both and a pistol and EM weapon and sell off the rest.

I've had this orange symbol under Health which is an environmental warning on my display for an hour or so and I've gone to my ship, to New Atlantis, space stations, etc. So I figure it's a bug. Anyway I should be able to clear it? I've saved and reloaded, restarted, etc. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. Any luck figuring this out?

The damage on your beowulf is really low. I don't know if that is level difference or maybe yours is full auto. Switching from full auto to burst and burst to semi-auto significantly increases damage.
Somewhat unrelated, I have noticed in NG+2 I am finally getting some tankier enemies. Even lower levels ones have more health now.

Are skill bonuses reflected in the stats you see when examining a weapon? If so, different character builds could result in significant differences in the numbers even if the weapon itself is identical.

Slight frostbite?
This, plus there's a bug where the icon doesn't go away. Check your status effects page. If it isn't in there, it's just the icon not clearing.

I haven't gotten some of the higher weapon skills to do internal mods yet, but I'm looking forward to tinkering with them.
It is annoying that when I use a workbench it takes resources from my own storage and the ship but not the safe in my Lodge bedroom . Sometime I'll have to move the safe's contents to the ship.
Last night I was doing weapon mods and found I didn't have the neon I needed. I searched all over New Atlantis but no luck . I finally found some in Cydonia but only four units. Now I understand why it's so important to grab all the raw resources on my surveys.

Maybe try equipping a suit with higher thermal protection?

There aren't many bonuses that impact raw damage. A 20 damage rifle shows something like 21-22 damage for me.
I'm now on NG+3 and level 131 after 110.9 hours per steam. I'm not even 100% sure why I keep going at this point.

Hmm, before I do all that moving, is there any reason NOT to this? I should have plenty of capacity in the holds of the ship. Is there some way I might lose it there?

I use my ship's cargo hold for all my resources and haven't run into any problems other than always wanting more cargo capacity. I also refitted my ship to add science and engineering modules, so I don't need to run back to the Lodge or wherever for crafting or research. At some point I should probably look into building a proper base with storage and crafting/research facilities, but base management sounds like a whole minigame unto itself that I'd have to figure out. There'll be time for that later.

Hit a bug last night that completely locked up movement. Which, of course, was just after I cleared a Point of Interest on one of the Barrett mission planets. Tried to console my way out of whatever I was stuck on, but still no good. Had to reload, lost some progress, ... and was still unable to move. Which, given that I was in the ship at the time, was odd to say the least. Only exiting the game and restarting resulted in a restoration of free will.
