THIS is what makes you think I am the sorcerer? (I should say, 'this is part of what makes you think', I suppose...)
Yep.
I spend the first day gunning for so many people - theohall being one of them, while the sorcerer doesn't really know who to avoid (wolves) or who to hit (aside from 1 night's scan).
What does a Sorcerer really need to know? Your goal is to cause confusion, out as many roles as possible, and ideally get lynched when there is no further use for your services. It's not like you actually tried to get anyone lynched. You only did a passable job of looking like you wanted someone lynched while in reality careening from one person to another whenever the vote got close.

I honestly feel like I was the only one that actually had an honest to god issue with theohalls "sounds like good logic to me" post.... Not that I wasn't the only one who saw it, but I was the one that spent all the time quoting the reason that I felt it was wolf - that he had no interest in the logic, that he quoted the totally wrong part, etc. That was Me, that was My analysis. I guess I can't expect you to know this if your re-read included igorning all of my posts.
Ah, yes. Bravo - 1 post. You really drove that point home. Can't imagine how the rest of us overlooked it.

Of course,I caught it first, then after you couldn't figure out what the big deal was, I elaborated, leading to your post. Heck, even purge picked up on it.

Of course, you wouldn't answer the hard questions. Not after Mr Bubbles told you to back off.

Nope, you were already happily on your way after another target - poor innocent mipe. Well done!
Next - If Mr.Bubbles is a wolf - you put Sorcerer claim to me - based on the above quote. Personally, as a Sorcerer, I wouldn't have had the nerve to paint the wolves as wolves like that.

The 'wink' was to everyone, Mr.B included... The 'wink' was to say "It's the guys that aren't making waves that are the wolves". "He doesn't look like a wolf" = "Probably a wolf" WINK

Can you at least admit this could be one interpretaion of the above 'wink' ?
Nope, you put the wink there knowingly. I know it, you know it, and Bubbles knows it.
The truth is (if Mr.B is a wolf), I was on to Mr.B before you (give a man some credit), and now, because of that, I am being labelled the sorcerer ?? Because I shared my thoughts on him? And was, according to you, right?
You said he wasn't a wolf.
Unagi wrote:Mr. B - not sure , he hasn't really pinged my radar yet
Now we are supposed to understand that every time you say something, you actually mean the opposite? And you were on him so well that you never voted for him...even though you were willingly to vote for anything with a pulse? Here's a napkin, you're Semajulating.

Your default play on Chaos is "trust him"
Ahhh, Chaos.

Yeah,I don't get it either. Man crush I guess. I mean, what are the chances I am the Whore and he's the Seer? Pretty small, right?
yet your default play on me is "lynch him"
Far from it. I gave you a bunch of chances on Monday to go after Bad Guys. You just dropped the ball...from a good guys perspective, anyway. You've done an excellent job at being Evil.

It was one monster post, in a game where I am being chastized for 'Gotcha' crap. I made my 1 post, and of ANYONE that discussed theohall, it was easily the most in depth and wordy critique of his play. I only shut up because I soon got that post from you that seemed to egg me on, (which led to me thinking you were perhaps teh evil.). You will, if you bother to (if you are can) read it without the prejudice that I am evil, see that I was actually concerned about you at this point in the game, and wasn't sure of what to make of your posts. I'm sure you won't go back and re-read it though.
Not an accurate point of view from where I was sitting. I saw it as you being weird and didn't know why you had a problem with his picking ChrisGrenard. When theohall made his post, I will admit that I didn't really bother to re-read the quote he provided at the time, because I just had read the original post he was quoting. Yes - I think it was you pointing out the 'lack of logic' that he mentioned, - but again - I was the one that bothered to actually articulate the Err that Theohall made - that he was a wolf that didn't care what part of the post he quoted - because he wasn't ACTUALLY voting because of the post he was quoting. What ever, I am honestly shocked you don't at least admit that I was certainly shooting for Theohall at that moment. I put a vote on him. Did you ever put a vote on him?

stessier wrote:Of course, you wouldn't answer the hard questions.
I did answer you, but my answer was that I honestly was looking at BOTH of you, and I found your gentle 'nudging' of me (via that question) to also be questionable. Why is that so hard to believe.

What are you smoking. Are you creating the cronology by reading search results that are showing you things in Reverse Order? I had already voted for mipe long before this and had removed it by this point in the game. Never to be put back on. After my vote for theohall, I moved over to Kraegor. Perhaps you should read your own vote tally? :?

Why set it off with parenthesis and add the wink? Why not say - Mr. B - Probably a wolf although he hasn't pinged my radar. No, you wanted everyone to see Bubbles as no threat while letting him know you had scanned him.
How is that "every time I say something, I actually mean the opposite?" How?
You have a unique skill. Sadly, our Village has no use for it. And in this economy too. Tragic really.

I started off with you for kicking off the day with a Sorcerer's post of "I will vote for -".
After that, it was all silents. Scoop - checking in way below normal. After a few posts, moved on to Newcastle. He checked in with a lengthy analysis, so I moved on to Chris. Chris came out as uninterested, so he had to go. He was going to be nothing but a liability to the end. Of course I expected him to be human. But he said he wasn't Special, and that's all that I've ever cared about. It was a good trade and got me some good Intel for Monday Night's scan.

If everyone looks at that Chris vote some more, think about when it is hard to lynch a player. In my experience, its usually because wolves are involved on one side or the other. The Villagers can never get their act together because they can't communicate. If it's close and the wolves want a choice dead, he dies. If they don't, he lives. Chris was living for so long because the wolves were hoping the rest of the Villagers would get sick of waiting and jump on the vote. But they didn't. So eventually the wolves piled on and ended it.

We know Theo and Bubbles were there. Do we really think remaining 7 are Villagers?

You know, Bubbles confirming he is a Wolf really limits their options for tonight. Had he continued to protest, they could have tried to leave me alive to let y'all lynch me. As it stands, no matter what happens, Bubbles is toast.

That makes me happy. :horse:

You know this is an awful place for a wolf to hide, right?
It might buy a round or two of immunity from lynching, but as soon as likely targets run out, the weredog is really high on the lynch list.

3 wolves left

Assuming 1 kill/night & 1 kill/day,
At the start of
Wed AM, we'll have 9 good/human - 3 wolves (wolves killed Stess overnight)
Wed PM: 9 good/human - 2 wolves (BuhBye BuhBel lynch-a-wolf)
Thu AM: 8 good/human - 2 wolves (wolves kill)
Thu PM: 7 - 2 (lynch miss)
Fri AM: 6 - 2 (night kill)
Fri PM: 5 - 2 (miss)
Sat AM: 4 -2 (kill)
Sat PM: 3 - 2 (miss - as soon as we miss on this lynch, we're toast)

So, we now have 3 misses (assuming stess = human & Bubbles = wolf)
I'd expect to be lynched by Friday if we don't get a wolf on Thur, and the wolves don't get me first.

Yeah,I don't get it either. Man crush I guess. I mean, what are the chances I am the Whore and he's the Seer? Pretty small, right?
That ruse would have worked had she not already talked to us, er them, I mean

As it is, you will die and I shall live, but I'll put a rose on your grave come endgame.
Yeah, it just came to me and I threw it out there. Still, the reaction was not what I had expected and raised several interesting questions.

Thanks for the rose, but I'm more of a meat and potatoes guy. Throw a rack of ribs on there and I'll by yours forever!

I am confused right now about one thing (yeah, right, sure - one thing - that's the ticket!)

Are we, the village at large, supposed to be in the dark right now concerning the Whore?

If you die tonight stessier, your word on the whore will be all we can really take to the bank.

I think it's been said that the wolves clearly know who the Whore is. Why is that data not available to us all right now?

I'll save you the trouble of pointing out that the Sorcerer doesn't know and the knowledge may help him, (giving him no need to scan that player) - but I just think in the days to come, clearing up that ambiguity - for lynching reasons, may be helpful. No?

if the wolves are stalling the game so they can get more... anything... into the weekend and whatnot... I'm calling fricking shenanigans.

How inconsiderate is it for a few people to hold up the game to soothe their savage ego.

Steisser is either brilliant (2-2) or lucky. Deal with it.. move on so we can catch the rest of you, geebus christy...

grrr...

not angry,... o no..
Some claim to be things they aren't.
Some claim things they don't deserve.
Some claim to know more than they ever will.
I don't claim anything, because no one would believe the truth anyways.

Maybe you just didn't follow what Kraegor said. He's the Whore. He left yesterday for vacation before Remus checked in to kill Theohall. The Whore has to talk to someone each night. We can't move forward until Kraegor at least sent an introductory email to Bubbles (or whomever...but it really should be Bubbles).

That's why we were waiting.

Now the question is, Has Unagi known that all day and been acting for our benefit?

Only the Shadow knows! And possibly the :binky:'s, depending on the presence (or lack thereof) of a Medium. Speaking of which, if there is a Medium, check with Remus and see if I get my scan tonight before I get killed.

If I do. it might be worth hearing from me - if not obviously don't bother :)

After that (out of the current deaths), its a toss up between Lassr and Grund. If one of them is Powered, it might help you figure out if Bakh or Chaos is lying.

If stessier ends up being a wolf, I am going to be so royally pissed. (in a good game-spirited way, of course)
stessier wrote:Now the question is, Has Unagi known that all day and been acting for our benefit?
I am not going to enjoy being used as the wolves' red-hearing over the next few days and that is what you will have effectively done for them here.

Thanks.

What sucks more is you have me down as 'sorcerer', so you'll likely advise that I just be ignored for the rest of the game - which is well, it's rotten - but meh - so be it.

I'm not a wolf, I'm not the sorcerer.

And... if you live tonight , all bets are off.

The irony here is that I merely reacted (and yes, I sure did have one of my own) to Kreagor's slutty game-play and your subtle * "I don't want to draw too much heat here, but don't you all want to vote for these people that I don't really want to put a vote down for?" game-play of Day #1. How would you respond to that play style if you were totally blind in this game?

* - - To me, that is how you described your approach to the theohall vote on Day 1. Which, I may add is the one thing that's bugging me about your seer claim. I don't see you, on day 1 going for theohall any more than you went for Scoop or a few other people. Of course - without knowledge of what specials are in the game - I can't deduce all that much of anything really, not with any real degree of certainty.

I think my biggest mistake this game (and last) was to post.
