He didn't post it on Youtube originally, he posted it on Facebook. Someone then downloaded the video off his Facebook and re-uploaded it as their own. He's entirely within his rights to make a copyright claim on the video (assuming this is all true and I've seen no evidence to the contrary). Copyright infringement is copyright infringement, and this is a clear case.

His reason for uploading it himself, if you'd bother to read the description of the video, is "So I decided to post it here so if anyone was going to get credit for it, it might as well be the one who made it! Either way I'm having fun watching all the attention its gotten...and for me the best part about it is that my daughters got to make a lot of people smile and laugh...HOW COOL IS THAT!"

Sounds like a fairly cool guy that just wants to make sure his rights aren't trampled on. I'd think you'd be on his side, GG, not ranting at him.

My new favorite online car show.... Motor Trend's Roadkill show

These two guys do all kinds of home made junk drives and such. I've only seen a hand full of shows but they have all been great. So far ive seen them drive a Camino 500 miles on 7 cylinders to sit in a Summit car parts parking lot and swap the engine for 2 days...........build a blown Draguar and go racing..........take a Cuda from a junkyard and stick NOS on it......get an old Buick vert with nothing left to it and make it run then drive from AZ to CA ....all kinds of great episodes...These guys rock.

Right now Im watching them take 3 cheap bought 4 wheelers out to see who picked better and next up is chevy vs ford old cop car thrash battle.

Strange...I am SO out of touch with music. These guys formed the same year I got my first pc and yet I think Ive heard their name one time before and that is from a Twilight movie sound track song..... Supermassive Black Hole.

Because of your post Ive gone and found a lot of their music on YouTube. Im really digging everything Ive heard so far.
