Fitzy, I didn't mean to drag you back in. I'm not sure I knew you were out when I wrote mine.
One other detail I forgot about but read recently - Obama also tried to expand DACA to cover Dreamer parents, but that was struck down by the courts.

New reporting of yet another extramarital affair would have dominated headlines for weeks under any other president. Under Trump, we Barely have time to register it before another scandal comes along.

This one is interesting for the background on how the National Enquirer bought and killed the story. It also has more Shark Week.
Also interesting is how Trump's pattern of conduct in these affairs is consistent with the possibility that he could be being blackmailed.

One thing that did catch my eye about Ronan Farrow's report on the playboy affair is how casually Trump offered to pay the playboy model afterwards, which made it sound like a pretty routine thing for him.

And half a dozen other pretty personal details, like Trump showing off Melania's personal bedroom, saying she liked to have her own space. One wonders if Melania ever catches these stories and sees truth in them.

My assumption is that he started out as a sugar daddy and now the thing she cares about most is protecting her son. If/when her son becomes threatened by his father being a PoS, she will turn on him. I will bet she never wanted to be first lady, that she accepted her trophy role and like Cerci, put all of her love of life in to her child.

I am having a hard-as-hell time attaching relate-able human motivations to anyone in Trumps' inner circle. It just slides off like an ass on a leather sofa. I think I may have gone too far down the rabbit hole in demonizing everyone and everything Trump.

I briefly considered doing a daily Tweet countdown of number of days since Trump said he'd do something about gun violence but didn't. Then I figured it would be too much work.

FYI, Legum deleted his tweet about 6 minutes because it was inaccurate. Turns out he was there for around 40.

Did he try to shag a wife? He's on record as trying to do that with "friends" and associates.

How did we miss the one year anniversary of President Trump's first and only press conference?
One year ago today, President Trump held an off-the-rails press conference that included attacks on the press, asinine claims — “lots of things are done with uranium, including some bad things” — and the suggestion that April Ryan, a black reporter, set up a meeting for him with the Congressional Black Caucus because they must be her “friends.”
Time flies.

The meaningful part is that he called HRC unfit for the presidency when she went a few months without a formal press conference as a candidate.

I'm not going to post the many tweets but the Trump-bot seems to have raised a narcissism guard interrupt since the Mueller indictment announcement on Friday. His tweet and lie processes went into full action to point how that the Russian's didn't affect the election, how he was a great candidate, and also to post links to comments made by others about how he was exonerated. He appears to be melting down as the walls close in on him. I take that as a great sign.

He's had a very bad week, and is an angry little boy. This week he had to deal with:

- Mueller indictments
- A school shooting
- McMaster confirming that Russia was interfering
- Another story about an affair and hush money
- Having to stop on the way to a long weekend at the golf club to see bummer people in the hospital
- Not getting to go golfing on Saturday because it would look bad
- Only getting to make a quick stop at his Studio 54-themed party at the club because partying just after a shooting would look bad
- Turns out the FBI he loves so much knew about the shooter and did an oopsie

So basically, it's been the worst Infrastructure Week yet, he can't golf, can't party, his wife probably won't speak to him, so he's just sitting around the club watching Fox, reading Twitter, and being very mad.
I can't imagine, even at my most inebriated, hearing a bouncer offering me an hour with a stripper for only $1,400 and thinking That sounds like a reasonable idea.-Two Sheds

Something tells me that something big may drop in the next week or so based on all the lashing out this morning.
While feeding all the beasties out back I let a nice big fart. The smell followed all the way back to the house. It's like it was my baby and felt abandoned.

Trump makes a good point. If the entire FBI wasn't dedicated to overthrowing his regime, those kids in Florida would still be alive.

Someone had to sit him down yesterday and explain that, regardless of what Fox News was telling him, these indictments were not the end of the investigation and that collusion and obstruction were still to come.

I'm not sure they'll matter - the Nat. Sec. Advisor plead guilty. Multiple people in his campaign indicted. And his popularity is rising. We are almost begging for an autocrat...as long as we have a good economy.

General McMaster forgot to say that the results of the 2016 election were not impacted or changed by the Russians and that the only Collusion was between Russia and Crooked H, the DNC and the Dems. Remember the Dirty Dossier, Uranium, Speeches, Emails and the Podesta Company!
