I'm really happy that Governor Cooper locked NC down early, while we only had a couple dozen confirmed cases. I'm hoping beyond hope that the quick action is going to pay big dividends down the road. While it's not quite as strict as CA's, given non-essential businesses are still allowed to remain open, it was a lot more than many other states were doing that early. I mean we all know that being a duplicitous asshole is par for the course these days, so I hardly think there’d be much legal leverage to go after him for him telling the public one thing, then doing something entirely different. They do that every day.
