Is it possible it's easier than it sounds, or looks? I always thought it was one of the mos impressive guitar intros to a song ever. She does look very unimpressed that's for sure.

It's not particularly hard if you're adept at the techniques, but (clean sounding) tapping and tremolo picking aren't exactly things that you just pick up overnight.

Looks pretty cool. It really almost saddens me that the animated stuff they have been making is a better quality story than than episodes 1-3.

I haven't paid any attention to Star Wars since the prequel debacles, but that actually looks pretty damn cool.
Where would one start if they were to jump into this show? The 2008 movie
looked horrible...is it a prerequisite for the TV show?
Also, wasn't there a Clone Wars cartoon that was around before the movie? I swear I have a DVD or two laying around for it...doesn't look like the same thing as that preview though.

You dont have to watch the movie. I didn't. I started with the series. As far as i know it came after the movie. They are one like season 3 or 4. I haven't caught an ep in over a year though or more. I stopped right when Cad Bane appeared in the story so Ive missed a lot.

Clone Wars series, or a continuation? I've have Volume 1 of this version...just trying to figure out how this, the Clone Wars move, and the new Clone Wars show all piece together.

Ah. What you linked seems to be a short-lived earlier incarnation of the Clone Wars series (the "2003 series"). The ones I've seen (the "2008 series") are all done in the style of the animated movie.

This guy has tons of videos on culture in China. the do's and dont's and the in's and out's of life there. he is a British business man living there and married a Chinese girl. I started by watching a video in Chinese toilets and ended up subscribing and watching videos for the next 2 hours. Still tons to watch. Well spoken and informative. great find I must say. Everyday life there seems fascinating....and weird.
