You are chaosraven... when remus announces the french have killed you, bravely surrender yourself to them.
from that point I will understudy the Lassr role in the rest of the film.
Don't thank me, it's why I'm here.

"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.
The door shut again and Snufkin entered his forest, with a hundred miles of silence ahead of him.

Assume we find Dennis and Dennis retains his power.
Lancelot will persistently protect Dennis at night, making him invulnerable. Lancelot's identity will be hidden, but everyone will know who Dennis is. Dennis will therefore be an Archimidean point; everyone will be able to trust him.
At a certain point, Concorde will heal and everyone will also know who he is. That's another node in the web of trust.
At some point, Tim will explode, killing someone else. That, too, will clarify the situation.
Meanwhile, Maynard will be hunting the French nightly and accumulating lore until the time is right to spill all.
Everything depends on identifying and protecting Dennis before the French get to him.
Interestingly, if Dennis does end up slaughtered in the night at some point, that'll indirectly reveal that Lancelot was killed before him (provided Lance sticks with the plan, which he should).

ok dennis makes sense but wtf does this mean?
how does this work? just a literal % chance of running w/o cause? does this mean sir robin has a 15% chance of leaving the game entirely or is it a night only kinda thing?Sir Robin - Each night cycle there is a 15% chance that he will decide the time is right for him to make his move and run like hell for anywhere but here.

Each night I generate a random number between 1 and 100 for Robin (from random.org) if the number is 15 or less then he flees the "field of battle" (the game). He will not return if he flees.Kraegor wrote:ok dennis makes sense but wtf does this mean?

Alternatively, all the Frenchman could simply step forward and admit their Frogocity and save the rest of us the time and effort...

You will know the why of each player that is removed from the game.Grundbegriff wrote:Will we know he fled? And will we be able to tell the difference between Death-by-Frenchy and Death-by-Explosive-Tim?
Still waiting to hear from PR_GMR and ArmyOfOne about Dennis-status. There's no reason at all to withhold this info, unless you're Dennis.

I rescind whatever vote I had last posted.
I think it was PR_GMR, even though he still didn't answer my question.

That leaves ArmyOfOne. If you're not Dennis, say so!PR_GMR wrote:I'm sure as hell not Dennis.
If ArmyOfOne neglects to answer, we'll be unable to tell whether he or Chris Grenard is Dennis. (Assuming, of course, that Cesare wasn't Dennis).
Assuming, however, that Chris Grenard is Dennis, then here's what follows: As long as Lancelot protects Dennis each night, we can vote to lynch Chris Grenard each day and never lose an Englishman during the day!
That's huge.

There is no problem so large that it cannot be solved by a liberal dosage of explosives.
