I'm sure the good people of Arkansas - currently experiencing the largest outbreak of the Mumps in ~7 years will be thankful.

Throughout this outbreak, 90% to 95% of school-aged children and 30% to 40% of adults involved in the outbreak have been fully immunized.

I may or may not try to plan around turbulence but I fear 2017 is going to be dramatically up year that we are going to feel later, which means I get money put in SPY/VT/VTI right about the time the mass of investment realizes the cake is lie. It seems like a good time to either play the game of Trump and the Republican House or hide your money in a mattress.

I would look for fourth qtr earnings release. 2/9 I think. I've been watching them out of curiosity and they have pretty much been holding around 70 since the Breitbart tiff. They slightly beat expectations last quarter. I am curious if 4th qtr comes up lower.

Any Trump tantrum between now and then would certainly push them down enough that someone expecting them to do well could get a cheap buy. A buy in the low 60s would certainly be hard to resist.

So glad the FBI went public about the second, meaningless investigation into Hillary's emails but kept quiet about this until after the election.
