I found another good food video with ways to spice up ramen without adding heat. I found a few ways again. The milk and cheese one looked really good. Ive never put and egg in one before either...or half boiled either. Im full but I have tons of ramen and Im itchin to test some ways I have stuff to make here at home. Im out of a lot and have no milk for a week. But have vinegar and onion salt and eggs and such. Garlic powder perhaps.

The hell I got a case of HOT fire ramen. Just ate one. Im still burning and on fire. I love milk and get cravings for a glass a lot. But when I eat hot or sweet foods I get a SERIOUS craving. And I haven't had any milk in a week and it will be another week before I do. OUCH. Worse still is I got a lot of chili, tamales, and HOT ramen to eat until then. I may not make it lol.

I really really despise fast food places or other eateries that wont allow you to look at their menu unless they are open or within your area. I just want to see your food morons. If I cant I wouldn't bother coming next time.

Saw a 2021 article on a place called Bea's Restaurant in Chattanooga. My dad used to take us there in the 70s and 80s. Its the only place I ever saw food presented on a lazy susan...the table that spins. I was fascinated by the thing as a kid and played with it enough to get scolded lol. They put like 12 different plates on there and the table is community seating. So they sit you with strangers. Not something I care for and I bet during the pandemic that was not allowed.
Anyways it was saying they were celebrating their 71st anniversary. I knew they opened in 1950 and that seemed too long. Then I realized they are open 75 years this year. I still just by the 1980s times lol. 1950 was just 30 years before 80. It still strikes me as too long to think about it in 75 years. Most things do. But that place was so interesting. I wonder if they still seat you with others? I bet they do as the table is filled with many open plates to pick from and put on your pate from. Nothing seems sanitary about any of that.

My grandparents had a Lazy Susan on their dinner table, but it was for condiments and spices rather than full entrees.

I had ramen once at the Tokyo airport. It was good, it had an egg, fresh veggies and shrimp. Then I discovered I left my jacket and cell phone at the security check and had to do the OJ sprint through the airport to recover it. The workers who found it seemed genuinely concerned.
Wish I could have finished the ramen though.

My college roommate accidentally forgot his backpack in Notre Dame cathedral in Paris.
This was pre-9/11, but by the time he ran back for it, the gendarmes had shut down the whole site and were *extremely* pissed at him.

As a first ever for me I made both an under cooked poached egg and a boiled one. both with runny yolk for my ramen. i actually loved them, especially the partly boiled one. Will have again by themself. If I ever can find and afford an egg.

You realize eggs are expensive gourmet cuisine these days, right? Doesn't seem like something you should be messing with carelessly.

I had them add an extra boiled egg to my Caesar salad today, and I was surprised it was only one dollar.
