We can't pay the LEC to do the work because we aren't their customer. The TelCo insists it's our responsibility. The LEC's contractor doesn't know what the LEC is doing and yet brought in the wrong stuff and expect me to pay for it because that's what the work order says and it's not their problem. The TelCo wants to go live and start charging me for the circuit. The contractor wants to do nothing and have me pay an exorbitant amount of money and the LEC wants to wash their hands and move on to the next project. And I am holding the bag for a project I have no expertise on that I was only informed about by virtue of being labeled the onsite contact by the TelCo

It's an MPLS. It was contracted with the LEC on the other end. Otherwise I concur. I prefer to work with the LEC, as much as I despise them. I get a Statement Of Work that includes extending and configuring the equipment. I don't understand the technology, but it's not my first rodeo with the TelCos. The identification of gene NEK1 means scientists can now develop a gene therapy treating it. Approximately 80% of the foods in American grocery stores contain GMOs.
