I don't intend to change my vote except under one of two circumstances:
1) Signifigant new information comes out that points to a very likely wolf.
2) The vote stalls at 5 votes for one person to hang for a signifigant amount of time.

You know Zurai.... you have my spider senses fairly tingling with your recent posts. I have no real objection to you or anyone else voting for me. If I did I would have come out and said so. But I don't really question Triggercut's reasonings to vote for me but I am beginning to question yours.
You are voting for me because I have done the most wolfy thing so far in your eyes. That's cool. You said that thing was me voting for Triggercut while he mentioned he will be going to work. You do realize that was days ago right. You thought that tossing out a vote for someone on day one has any traction? That this was a lone wolf leading a charge?
In case you need cliff notes the reason I voted for Triggercut when and how I did was because he stated in no uncertain terms in fact "for the record" that he is a normal unpowered villager. This drives me crazy. If this is the truth he should just shut the hell up and not narrow down the field for the wolves to cherry pick our specials. There are a few worse scenarios on day one than lynching a non-powered innocent. If this is a lie then it is a better than average chance he is a wolf.
The way you reacted to Unagi was bizarre in my opinion. Then you will not change your vote unless new information appears that points to a likely wolf. How is that supposed to happen... A seer coming forward on day one? I got news for you. If a seer comes forward then we are in big trouble. The only way a seer will come forward is if he or a wolf in seers clothing is about to be lynched.
Oh yeah the other reason is the vote stalls at five. You want to be the executioner now? The vote has been stalling for days now. It just isn't at your magic number yet.

That's my general rule of thumb on any day of any WW game, not just for today. I see how easy it is to mis-interpret what I said though. Mea culpa.

As I've said four times now, me changing my vote now would have absolutely no effect whatsoever. I don't see any reason to change my vote from the person I think is most likely to be a wolf when changing my vote won't end the current day. Perhaps you can explain why you think changing a person's vote from the person they think is most likely to be a wolf to a person they don't think is likely to be a wolf except under extreme circumstances (ie, the game just will not continue without that vote being changed) is a good idea?
Also, that rule is a general rule, not specifically day 1. Again, easily misinterpreted.
Let me re-phrase both:
IN GENERAL, I will not change my vote unless signifigant new information comes forward that points to a very likely wolf, or if the vote is long-term stalled at a point where my vote will end the stall.

The problem is if everyone played like that we'd never get anywhere. That said I welcome you to not vote for me as I'd rather kill a wolf today. Wait, gotta change my sig.

Look who's talking.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
Mr Bubbles you need to contribute, your continued complete silence does nothing for the village getting a feel for you long term. This leaves me wanting to lynch you simply because you will become a stone around our necks in the end if we are not careful.
P.S. This should not be mistaken as an actual vote but rather an attention caller. Eh, never mind, I'll color it instead of bold.
edit: because it helps if you type the tags correctly.

Well, I have stated why I have my doubts about voting Austin. I have stated why I have my doubts about voting Unagi. I have stated why I have my doubts about you. Thats why my vote is there. It seems that my logic is not enough to convince others.

Sorry life has been kind of hectic, but I think I'll be having some time today to do some analysis. Just from a quick read of the last few pages Zurai is one I will be keeping my eye on. Lassr and Austin are always on my radar as well. But this is just a gut reaction. I will cast a vote in a few hours. We definitely need to get this lynch on.

I am going to remove my wasted vote for Triggercut. If for no better reason than to make this a two horse race I will now vote for Lassr. If this makes me all the more suspicious to some then I will understand if it is a three horse race instead.
Lassr wrote:hmmm, a whole 8 minutes between Remus calling out Bubbles and Bubbles popping up.
Its also worth noting that he popped in before I could go back and fix the tags. Under three minutes. Not 8.

You people are reading into this way more then you should. I was at the dentist and just got settled in and checked the board. Let me put this to rest before it escalates and you lynch someone and go in the wrong direction. I am just a harmless villager. I know I haven't contributed much but that will change.

You people? YOU PEOPLE? Racist Werewolf! We're good enough to eat but not good enough for you to hang out with us?
Is that a pitchfork in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

Is there an opinion coming from all this sometime or are you just going to be snarky?

I did too - but Remus is right. Mr. Bubbles, you really need to start participating. You're even worse about that than I am!
It was a light hearted joke IMO, but Zurai is correct about what I was saying. He does the village ill by sitting back and not contributing.

1. Withdraw Silky. I remain extremely suspicious. Pulling his vote from me and onto Lassr seems extremely wolf-like. I think it to be the second-most compelling bit of evidence I've seen in thread so far. It feels like my first lynch vote in the vampire game when I was a vamp.
2. Lassr or Austin? Neither feels wolfy. I may be totally wrong, but both guys are so casually throwing out wolf references at one another that it implies to me that they're both innocents at this point. Just playing my gut here.
3. Zurai feels about as suspicious as it gets. His specials reasoning just feels wolfish to me.
Right now the two big suspects I see:
Zurai and Silky.
Suspect:
Mr. Bubbles, pr0ner
"It's my manner, sir. It looks insubordinate, but it isn't, really."
triggercut wrote:3. Zurai feels about as suspicious as it gets. His specials reasoning just feels wolfish to me.
<blinkblink> I can understand being considered suspicious - I have literally never played one of these games where everyone wasn't saying I'm suspicious - but what about my specials reasoning brings that up?

Depends on you. But honestly don't expect me to feel guilty when life gets in the way once in a while. If you want to read into my absense then thats fine, but it was nothing more then life getting in the way. I have been reading over everything, but focusing on me at the moment won't produce much.

Don't expect you to feel guilty, and would feel bad if you did on my account. Live intrudes on us all, see my diplomacy game 1 thread for slight evidence. Still, IMO, you have proved your worth before if only as able to point in the wrong direction like I used to so I would like to see who you think our best target is for today. Plus, your voice may break this deadlock. Take care of life and then give us your thoughts.

and life will intrude on the game for me tomorrow. I'll be here until around lunch then I have to travel to Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Will not be back until late.
Right now I still feel like Austin could be a wolf but I'm not sure I want to lynch him now. I'm having too much fun with him and I'd miss that...
So I have other targets so I'll reread and may change my vote. We've got to break this stalemate.

I'll be posting my vote tonight. I will have some quiet moments to think. Then we shall send someone to the gallows.

If you really and truly believe that, throw your vote on Austin for a few hours. Lets see if you changing votes has absolutely no effect whatsoever.
Before you call me rabid, please understand that I'm totally ok with you not changing you vote too.
I just think your statement about your vote at the moment having no signifigance is totally wrong.
Exactly what happens when a person is 1 vote shy of a majority is almost always informational.

First off – remove Remus vote
Second of all – vote lassr
Basing the reason on his Austin vote and also Remus reasoning of a bandwagon emerging. I looked at the Austin vote, and what is interesting is that remus pretty much called it out, and it stopped dead in it’s tracks. The first on there was proner, truicy, unaqi and then Lassr. (I think that is how it went). I think lassr thought ok the wind can blow that way. Also, I think people have a natural suspicion of austin, and hence wolves thought easy candidate. so i think lassr is a bad guy and either proner or truicy potentially. will have to think it through, but the more obvious one is lassr right now.
I haven’t witnessed something that makes me think Austin is a bad guy. However, when many of these votes coming down on him, use the fact that “he’s sneaky” as part of the building rationale. That's kind of lazy. I know first day and what not but when we vote we need to vote on something more solid than that. Look at Silky’s premature vote on triggercut- suspicious? Look at Bubbles 5 minute response? Suspicious? Hell look at me, it looks like I was tryin to jump on a remus railroad and am now hopping on the lassr express? I just think there are other things to base this off of and think that hte villagers should use some logic and evidence when applying their vote. We cant afford to screw up too often in this game.
Why am I removing Remus, well his actions ( of the last few days) to be honest indicate to me more of a thoughtful and vigilant villager (woohoo alliteration). That is really one of the main reasons. I accept his explanation on his seer bit. I still don’t like it, because I don’t like fingers pointed in any direction wether they are false or not.
Ok that brings me to the suspect lis –
Those who I think are lycanthropic
Lassr – I think his voting pattern explains it all. Also his actions really.
Silky – that day one move still makes my eyebrows wrinkle
Probably innocent
Remus – as explained above
Everyone else falls somewhere in the middle.
