Really? I know I stayed out of R&P for the vast majority of my time on OO but the little time I have spent here made his leanings extremely obvious.
Rip has always been conservative, but I don't recall seeing blatantly racist posts like that one from him before. Maybe I've just missed something.

I don't believe Rip is truly racist. I think he's just hates anything that smacks of liberal and/or democrat to the point that he's willing to get in bed with others who are for the sake of spite.

I'm not about to defend his actions beyond stating that I don't believe he really thinks some of these things through before posting them. His enabling of racism is, hopefully, confined to OO. And born out of spite towards us and not true malice towards anyone not sharing his skin color or religion.
