The sweet treat will cost $1.69, and will only be available for a limited time in the US.

Is that to hint at some other hidden (cloaked) world where we could get them forever!? WTF

Strange bit of misogyny.

So I'm composing an email about cleaning old workstations and releasing them to charity. When in the course of my email I am trying to compare the value of these workstations to the unreasonable amounts people on the Internet are asking for their similar used workstation and it occurs to me that describing "like new" workstations to be "cherry" probably isn't business appropriate. And it took me quite a while to find an alternate description because I don't improvise well and because literally for my entire life "unused and undamaged" has been described as "cherry."

"Pristine" or "mint condition" would likely be more apropos.

I've never heard that before. I'd assume that they were made of cherry wood...which is probably a quadruple entendre in LM World.

Is this bit of misogyny only in my tiny world? A cherry engine while working on a car or in board gaming a cherry mech or a cherry squad in computer gaming. We used it everywhere. I actually assumed it was a military thing when I was old enough to learn why something was being called cherry.

And dammit, I need to learn to stop saying "It is what it is" Soon I'm going to need the punch in the nose at this rate.

I am familiar with the term. I would understand it if you were to use it. I would never make a connection with misogyny if you hadn't pointed it out, though I can see it now that you have.

I would totally use the word "cherry" to describe something . . .

. . . if I were a 1950s greaser.

For the last few days Ive been watching a couple Star Wars battle videos trying to figure out which I think is best. One is of course the Endor battle from Return of the Jedi and the other is the Scarif one from Rogue One.

Both are really good and seeing a modern day Star Wars space battle is sweet but I still think the Endor one is a bit better. Maybe Im jaded being my age. Or perhaps its the music or the original actors. I just like the Endor one a little bit more.

And that Hammerhead Corvette should have survived that battle over Scarif dammit :)

Just finished episode 9, "What Ships Are For", a few minutes ago. Good stuff with a surprise guest star.

I read on the facebook that there are only two more episodes to come. Don't know why they're ending it, but I suspect it has something to do with Paramount and rights. I will miss it.

I cant believe or count how many other Trek and sci fi show actors and actresses are in this show. Just now checking out ep one that still Michael Forest playing Apollo as he did in Who Mourns for Adonis? and the computer voice is clearly Marina Sirtis of Deana Troi fame. All eps seem to have them in it.

I had no idea John Bon Jovi played guitar. I just found out he played for Patty Smyth's Scandal. I think I found a video too. Strange.

Also woke up this morning thinking of the movie Enemy Mine. One of my all time favorites with two great actors. I hope they are both ok..got a weird vibe.
