Arthur is half-dead (4 out of 9 hitpoints) so he is going to do the spontaneous conversion he has been trying to do for quite a while now. I assume that will take the full round.

All characters with Knowledge Arcana please give me a skill check
Knowledge wrote:In many cases, you can use this skill to identify monsters and their special powers or vulnerabilities. In general, the DC of such a check equals 10 + the monster’s HD. A successful check allows you to remember a bit of useful information about that monster.
For every 5 points by which your check result exceeds the DC, you recall another piece of useful information.

A shadowy area or darkness doesn’t provide any concealment against an opponent with darkvision. Characters with low-light vision can see clearly for a greater distance with the same light source than other characters.

A bit cryptic, is this a general rule you are throwing out for everyone just as a reminder or are you trying to tell someone something specific orChaosraven wrote:A shadowy area or darkness doesn’t provide any concealment against an opponent with darkvision. No, just the poor intelligence of the player. I saw that it was a class skill but couldn't figure out why it was crossed out on the sheet. Not having a skill level in it is, why. Sorry folks.Grafvolluth wrote:Unfortunately you can't use that skill untrained which is what your +0 would seem to indicate unless you actually have a poor intelligence offsetting your ranks in that skillArnir wrote:Arcana: 1d20+0

While waiting for Graf's shots to land, I will go ahead and throw my numbers out there as well. I am going to assume that none of these leathery friends are going to do me the favor of coming down to hand to hand combat with me at the moment, so I will attack with my sling at the closest one to me.

I will roll for them (this will only be the creatures that are over 40' away)Concealment Miss Chance
Concealment gives the subject of a successful attack a 20% chance that the attacker missed because of the concealment. If the attacker hits, the defender must make a miss chance percentile roll to avoid being struck. Multiple concealment conditions do not stack.
