Arthur is half-dead (4 out of 9 hitpoints) so he is going to do the spontaneous conversion he has been trying to do for quite a while now. I assume that will take the full round.

All characters with Knowledge Arcana please give me a skill check
Knowledge wrote:In many cases, you can use this skill to identify monsters and their special powers or vulnerabilities. In general, the DC of such a check equals 10 + the monster’s HD. A successful check allows you to remember a bit of useful information about that monster.
For every 5 points by which your check result exceeds the DC, you recall another piece of useful information.

A shadowy area or darkness doesn’t provide any concealment against an opponent with darkvision. Characters with low-light vision can see clearly for a greater distance with the same light source than other characters.

Unfortunately you can't use that skill untrained which is what your +0 would seem to indicate unless you actually have a poor intelligence offsetting your ranks in that skill

A bit cryptic, is this a general rule you are throwing out for everyone just as a reminder or are you trying to tell someone something specific or

A character actually needs Ranks in a Trained Skill (such as Knowledge) to make a check.

No, just the poor intelligence of the player. I saw that it was a class skill but couldn't figure out why it was crossed out on the sheet. Not having a skill level in it is, why. Sorry folks.

While waiting for Graf's shots to land, I will go ahead and throw my numbers out there as well. I am going to assume that none of these leathery friends are going to do me the favor of coming down to hand to hand combat with me at the moment, so I will attack with my sling at the closest one to me.

Creatures at Range in the Night will be considered partially Concealed.
Characters with Vision abilities will ignore this.

Concealment Miss Chance
Concealment gives the subject of a successful attack a 20% chance that the attacker missed because of the concealment. If the attacker hits, the defender must make a miss chance percentile roll to avoid being struck. Multiple concealment conditions do not stack.
I will roll for them (this will only be the creatures that are over 40' away)

Low-Light Vision: A half-elf can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. She retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
