Started the year at 210, ended it at 209. Went up and down within my usual 8 lb window (low of 205, high of 213) throughout the year but finished about where I started.
I expect next year will be similar.

I started at 185. I've been as low as 170 and I'm at 175 right now. Trying to convert weight to muscle mass over time. It's not really working but I'm going to continue to plug at it. I'm going to drop my updates as the goal of weight loss has been achieved in no small part due to publishing here keeping me accountable to my promise to myself. Now it's about healthy maintenance and that's still very much a work in progress for method and assessment.
