A dead deer would be more conventional, but still very normal by Wisconsin standards.

Not bizarre, IMO. That was the story outrageousness which led me directly to Palin's FB which I quoted in its entirety, picture inclusive. The picture of fresh kill is perfectly sensical blood for the blood god propaganda to go along with associating gun ranges with going to work. Killing in support of Trump. It fits right in with "Trump! Trump! Kill all the muslims! Kill all the muslims! Trump! Trump!"
I vocally supported Dick Posthumous for my Governor largely because he was hunter who fought for the environmental needs of my state and who lost to someone who literally sold us out for toxic waste from Toronto and even he didn't have supporters going around displaying their kills to drum up support. That's historically been to Province of Ted Nugent.

I thought the boar was symbolic of the impending death of pork-barrel politics. By golly, there'll be no gorging at the trough for career politicians in the United States of Trumpsylvania, you betcha!

A large dead animal is bizarre in most contexts, but we'll let that go because it's really just a prop for the gun that's the real star of the image.
Also bizarre is Palin's prose, but that's no longer surprising.
Bizarre-est of all, though, are the claims she makes about Trump:
"bold, new leadership that puts your interests before party politics" (the only way to spin the fact that Trump barely seems familiar with the GOP platform?)
"Vote for your jobs and security" (against immigrants, I guess?)
"Vote for the first candidate since Reagan [snicker] who is growing the Commonsense Conservative movement..." [the WTF?]
"the only one who's created middle class jobs..." (in... real estate?)
"the only one not living off your tax dollars..." (due to his complete and total lack of political experience)
"the only one Wisconsin can count on to steer us away from the rocky shoals ahead." (O captain! My captain!)

The pork barrel has already been greatly reduced. Some cite meager pickings as the reason Congress can no longer compromise. Which I suppose makes it an even more fitting symbol for Palin & Co.

I'm just trying to interpret the message. I'm not under any delusion that the message bears more than a passing resemblance to reality, if that.

Earmarks were the plate the pork was served on.
House Republicans banned them in 2011. It turns out that it's a lot harder to pass legislation without that nice, greasy pork.
Earmarks were often used to sweeten a bill to attract votes from reluctant lawmakers. They were banned by House Republicans beginning in 2011 amid criticism that they had multiplied out of control and were being used for questionable projects such as the notorious "bridge to nowhere" that would have benefited a tiny Alaskan town at a cost of $320 million.
"Without the grease or lubricant of earmarks, it's much more difficult to reach a compromise on some of these tough issues," said Scott Frisch, a political science professor at California State University, Channel Islands and co-author of Cheese Factories on the Moon: Why Earmarks are Good for American Democracy.
"Earmarks were a tool that leaders could use to help make deals," Frisch said.
House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, has acknowledged that it is tougher for him to round up the 218 votes needed to pass legislation without earmarks. He struggled to control his divided GOP caucus during the recent shutdown and debt ceiling crisis.
"I've got no grease," he said last year in an interview with CNN.
The House seized up for other reasons as well, but trimming their pork was certainly a contributing factor.

We haven't had a major power war in Europe since WW2. That's the longest stretch in history (Cit. Needed?). I think NATO is a big reason for that. The object of NATO, according to General Lord Ismay, its first secretary general, was “to keep the Russians out, the Americans in, and the Germans down.” It has done a good job.

Trump reveals his
plan to force Mexico to pay for The Wall:
Donald Trump says he will force Mexico to pay for a border wall as president by threatening to cut off the flow of billions of dollars in payments that immigrants send home to the country, an idea that could decimate the Mexican economy and set up an unprecedented showdown between the United States and a key diplomatic ally.
In a
two-page memo to The Washington Post, Trump outlined for the first time how he would seek to force Mexico to pay for his 1,000-mile border fence, which Trump has made a cornerstone of his presidential campaign and which has been repeatedly scoffed at by current and former Mexican leaders.
The proposal would jeopardize a stream of cash that many economists say is vital for Mexico’s struggling economy. But the feasibility of Trump’s plan is unclear both legally and politically, and also would test the bounds of a president’s executive powers in seeking to pressure another country.

Seems not, as he didn't seem to realize that corporate business didn't belong to the government either.
So how does he plan to interdict services like Western Union or Moneygram? Or prevent someone in, say, the Cayman Islands, a popular banking destination for Trump's set, from setting up a staging area whereas the money is transmitted to the Cayman Islands, then relayed to accounts in Mexico? Does he plan to destroy all American companies with commercial interests in the country by a complete financial embargo whereby he criminalizes any money sent to Mexico?
Here's another question. Trump gets elected and starts off on this crusade of asshattery. What nations, if any, remain allied to us in any material way?

Wow he really wants to be king or dictator.
So how would that work?
1) Monitor all mail to Mexico and then take out any checks or money orders that are going south of the border
2) Put laws into place that force financial institutions to not honor any financial instruments from Mexico
3) Only citizens can send mail to Mexico
His surrogates are catching on. When one interviewer pressed them to explain this proposal, all that was said was that we have to stop illegal immigration, with more ramblings and ending with nothing said about the proposal.
The interviewer let the surrogate slide.

Probably mail is rarely involved. Companies such as Western Union and Moneygram are extremely active in the "send money home" market. I've used both in sending money to the Philippines; my wife uses a smaller, cheaper company at the moment. Dispensing agents at the other end often handle all such transfers. This is easily done over the internet, but agents here are plentiful as well, most currency exchanges also do Western Union and many grocery stores will initiate Moneygram transfers. In-person transfers are often cash transactions, so the actual wire transfer would be business-to-business, as cash is dispensed at the other end, no pass through to recipient accounts.

Yup. ATMs and the Internet make it almost impossible to monitor let alone stop. Additionally, whose to say what funds are to help family and what funds are for legitimate debts? I wonder if this is an original Trump idea or something he's heard in his communication vine. I thinking this is some kind of sound byte in his echo chamber and the reality of implementation is not important only the feeling of sticking it to those brown folks.

Trump campaign in disarray
Donald Trump’s campaign is increasingly falling into disarray as the Manhattan billionaire braces for a loss in Wisconsin that could set him on course for an uncertain convention floor fight for the Republican presidential nomination.
Since March, the campaign has been laying off field staff en masse around the country and has dismantled much of what existed of its organizations in general-election battlegrounds, including Florida and Ohio.
Last month, the campaign laid off the leader of its data team, Matt Braynard, who did not train a successor. It elevated his No. 2, a data engineer with little prior high-level political strategy experience, and also shifted some of his team’s duties to a 2015 college graduate whose last job was an internship with the consumer products company Colgate-Palmolive. Some of the campaign’s data remains inaccessible.
