Best one I ever had was a restaurant in a small town in southern Vermont. They used real turkey breast and sliced ham (i.e. not cold cuts) with raspberry jam. Soooo good.

As I mentioned, you're obviously mentally deranged so I'll cut you some slack. The Bennigan deep fried Monte Cristo is probably the closest a human being can get to knowing the true face of God. I suspect that someday you'll come back to your senses and realize this. But until then, I will pray for you on a daily basis...and my prayers will be fried at 450 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes then covered in raspberry jam.
