Not really a coffee guy.

I did pick up some Pringles Reuben flavor at Walgreens. At first taste they are WTF...then Hmmmm not sure.....but by the 5th chip I was hooked. Such a unique taste. Would buy again if they weren't limited time.

God, I haven't had a Bennigan's Monte Cristo in years. I mean, health wise I'm finally able to feel the left half of my body...but man...I miss those things.

I love a Monte Cristo. However, is Bennigan's where they deep fry the entire sandwich? I had that once. It was awful. Best one I ever had was a restaurant in a small town in southern Vermont. They used real turkey breast and sliced ham (i.e. not cold cuts) with raspberry jam. Soooo good.

Yes, although the term is "soaking the sandwich in scientifically proven flavor crystals".

You're obviously mentally deranged.

Why didn't you just grab a handful of dirt from the parking lot on your way in and eat that...heathen!?

As I mentioned, you're obviously mentally deranged so I'll cut you some slack. The Bennigan deep fried Monte Cristo is probably the closest a human being can get to knowing the true face of God. I suspect that someday you'll come back to your senses and realize this. But until then, I will pray for you on a daily basis...and my prayers will be fried at 450 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes then covered in raspberry jam before being sprinkled with powdered sugar and served in a bed of crispy fries.

Also, ewwwwwww...

I will grant that I do recall the initial bites being pretty good. Maybe the trick is to eat VERY quickly, or just stop as soon as it starts to cool. I never wanted to try again to see.

There is no trick to such perfection! You savor each mouthful. Every morsel should be accompanied by select bible verses read to you by the pastor that every Bennigan keeps employed for the religious experience that is a Bennigan Monte Cristo. And when you're finished, and the after meal defibrillator is wheeled out and used to get you back on your feet after such a holy encounter, you genuflect on the newfound spirituality that you've just gained from the meal.

Another way you can tell it's winter is when you go out to your back porch and trip on frozen poop.

Tesla removed Autopilot from vehicle AFTER it had been purchased, disclaimed responsibility.

https://jalopnik.com/tesla-remotely-rem ... 1841472617

TL;DR version:

a) Tesla sold vehicle at auction after buying it back due to lemon law.

b) Dealer bought vehicle, got window sticker stating it has Autopilot and stuff. And it did.

c) Tesla conducted an "internal audit" and decided the vehicle should NOT have autopilot.

d) Dealer sold the car to the guy assuming the vehicle did have the feature.

e) Guy took the vehicle to Tesla. When he got it back, those features are gone.

Now both Dealer and buyer were flummoxed, and Tesla is like "give us $8000 and we'll put it back".

New lake!
A federal permit has been issued to clear the way for a new North Texas reservoir that will provide water to many area residents, including Denton County.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a Section 404 Clean Water Act Permit to the Upper Trinity Regional Water District for Lake Ralph Hall, one of the first major reservoirs to be built in Texas in 30 years, according to a UTRWD news release. This is the final federal permit required to construct the lake.
...
Design of the Leon Horse Dam is almost done, and construction is expected to begin later this year, with a goal of having the new lake in operation by 2025, Patterson said.
...
Will inundate about 7,600 acres (similar in size to Grapevine Lake) but will yield about 30% more water because of greater rainfall in the Sulphur River Basin.

Yeah... not sure if we're gonna keep watching it or maybe just come back near the end. For me, I really got tired of Will Arnett. :(

Yeah. Will Arnet (I realize it’s his schtick) was just a little too annoying and full of himself.

My daughter and I will likely keep watching, but more as an excuse to be with each other, sharing our love of Lego, but probably ragging on the show.

My long standing old personal email has been compromised. I know this because they used it to compromise a very old and never used blizzard account (though they did not delete the mails that showed their presence *shrug*). And now off that I've changed both passwords and have go back and figure out what else could have been easily exposed. Crappy. I'm kinda wishing my email required two factor authentication and it may be time to find email that does.

First episode is free on Google Play Store, in case anyone cares... I'll admit, I'm watching it now.

Seems the contestants are picked for their personalities, not necessarily for their skills.

Here's a list of email providers that support 2FA.

But if you're not doing so already, start using a reliably secure Password Manager to ensure all your accounts have unique, strong passphrases.

Probably parts of Trumps campaign to get losers like my wife off Medicaid and back into the workforce.

A Colorado city has set off the world's largest firework. It weighed more than a ton

Video at link.
The firework shell weighed almost 2,800 pounds, about the weight of a Toyota Corolla, and was 62 inches -- a little more than five feet -- in diameter.
A team at Steamboat Fireworks launched the shell from a 26-foot steel tube buried in Emerald Mountain, which overlooks the festival. Explosives propelled the shell out of the tube at 300 mph, and it rose nearly a mile in the air before exploding.

Just try and save room for a "slice" of cake after. By slice I mean a piece that is as big as your head.

What time should I make our reservation?

The problem is that many sites limit password character length. So your passphrases have to be something like "an oak dog pee". Which, if I understand it, isn't strong.
