Can assume you have 2 in melee range as 2 attacked you and apparently they didnt run away afterwards. I have one stuck on my person somewhere that I failed to grapple with. I think I'm the only one with a little friend at this point.

Sorry, no, as much as I'm willing to let you take the blame, I believe we're waiting on the GM to confirm hits and damage and such

I'm guessing I roll for Grapple to get this thing off of me? I've never had something attached to me
*edit*
I actually just found out I can attack with a light weapon so I will drop my Xbow and pull one of my short swords with my right hand. I think I got this right, I will have a -4 to attack since the creature is attached to me, but I also have a +4 attack bonus so I believe it plays out as such.
To Hit
1d20 + 4 atk bon - 4 due to grapple + 2 str bon
14 + 4 - 4 + 2 = 16
If that hit then:
Dmg:
1d6 + 2 str bon
4 + 2 = 6
I think I did that right but if not feel free to let me know
Assuming Mof wiped his little buddy off I'm attacking the one that came after me.

Somewhere in the trunk of a tree, a mother stirge sits on her latest clutch of eggs. Her husband sits on the couch, sucking on a squirrel and watching Monday Night Football.
"Hey honey, grab me another squirrel from the fridge?"
"Sure, sweety. Here ya g-"
Mother stirge's eyes go wide and suddenly she erupts in a shower of blood.
Nice hit.

Rolling the appropriate number for your weapon is a Critical Threat. Confirming a Critical Hit requires only a Hit for the Damage Multiplier.
But IIRC you get all bonuses on the extra damage as well (strength, magic, etc)
So even his Gramma felt that
And yes, GrandMof, that was a hit as well.

Well that was a bit of fun nastiness, hopefully we don't see anything else like that tonight.
Whispering to Coop and Graf I say"Someone should probably ask this new person who they are, where in blazes they just came from and what their intentions are. I mean he did just appear from a glowing door and my interrogation skills aren't that great."
Kupa peers at the newcomer for a few moments (Detect Evil), cleans his blood-splattered blade on whatever is handy, possibly Hammerhands' back, sheaths it and steps forward to the newcomer, introducing himself, "Hello friend, I'm Kupa and these are my nature-loving associates. You certainly arrived at an opportune moment." Kupa motions at the odd looking corpses scattered around the clearing, smiling briefly at the one chopped cleanly in half laying in a huge blood spatter.
If someone more in tune with nature or the stars or whatever could tell me what time it is I can determine if I hit the bedroll once the pleasantries are done with or start strapping on the armor.

I could tell you about the weather and seasons but I can't gauge time based on the stars or moon. probably require Knowledge Astronomy I am guessing

Arthur puts his mace away on his belt and visually checks on the mule.
He turns to the survivors of the brief battle and examines them visually.
Kupa, my name is Arthur Leadwyrm. I am a cleric of Pelor and am, perhaps was, escorting some halflings on a journey. I have lost track of them and my companions and have found you instead.
If you are evil then attack now and let us do battle. If not, then let us speak.
Do any of you have wounds that need healing? If not, can you tell me where I am? I fear that I am lost.

I'm a paladin Arthur, there's no evil among us. Thank you for the offer of healing, I think we all came through unscathed, a good bit of luck there. We haven't seen any halflings about. We're on an escort of our own, you're welcome to tag along, I think we may have space in a wagon. I can't promise any pay, but it's likely safer for you with us than to strike out on you're own.
Kupa gestures to the campfire and watches for Arthur's reaction.

When Arthur looks around, how different is his environment from the previous world? Is it clearly a different world or region, etc. Are the stars fundamentally different?

Arthur nods at Kupa. Let me secure my mule and I will join you. Arthur makes no sudden movements while gathering the tether and securing the gentle animal. He then goes and sits by the fire, careful not to sit with his back towards anyone. Arthur is friendly but not gushing.
While talking with Kupa and hopefully the others, I will use my sense motive to sense trustworthiness.

I couldn't even tell when my doctors said that this won't hurt a bit that they were lying to me. Sigh.
I was travelling with my companions when we fought some kobolds. We survived, in my case almost barely, but I found myself passing through a strange portal and arriving here in time for this little dust up. I fear that I am uncertain of my current whereabouts.

You do not have enough Knowledge to determine any difference.

Welcome aboard Arthur, my name is Gideon and I'm a hunter by trade. There should be plenty of excitement left as we've just begun our journey. Makes me feel all warm inside knowing that your so willing to heal people. Hopefully with you and and Kupa dishing out the healing love we should arrive at our destination without too much fuss.
Well enough of this talk stuff I'm beat, is it time for me to take the last watch yet or can I catch a few winks?

I must aid those in need if at all possible. Hopefully we will learn more of each other soon. I have fought two battles in a row and I must rest - therefore I must trust in the kindness or safety of strangers.
Arthur will sleep by his mule.

Arthur removes his armor and settles into sleep with the mule. (don't even think about going there!). No point in sleeping in armor - if the group is going to kill me in my sleep, armor ain't going to help.

I suggest we move on as soon as possible. I don't know if those beasts are nocturnal or not, but we may have stirred a nearby hornets' nest.
I go about my morning stretching and meditation rituals then throw my travelling sack onto the wagon and patiently wait while everyone else armors up and gets set.

I slap on my armor (and by slap I mean huff and puff and grunt and groan for 20 minutes struggling every step of the way) and pack up my gear and go to whatever wagon I've been traveling on.
Arthur, only halfway surprised to be alive, gets up and gets dressed for the day. He feeds the mule and gets ready.
Who is the leader of your band? I would discuss with him what the current situation is.
Arthur will share in general where he is from and try to learn about his current evirons. Arthur will be friendly but not close and will also point out that he must meditate for an hour at noon.
