Her look and the music makes it seem that this is a steampunk treatment of The Troubles.

His movies tend to be very hit and miss for me. I think the only ones I've ended up liking were The Life Aquatic and The Grand Budapest Hotel.

That looks like three different movies, all of them trying too hard.

It apparently came out awhile ago and while the trailer makes it appear both of them are the main stars, they're more like cameos.
