How'd they get them both into those novelty sumo suits?

What. A. Toddler.
Edit: is that photoshopped? It's cold, the wind is blowing, Trump is underdressed and his tie is flat.

Is what photoshopped? That pic of Kim and Trump? Thats two guys who dressed as them and crashed the Olympics opening ceremonies ...Although you probably knew that and sarcasm doesn't come across on the net well

Nope. Not at all. Don't watch the olympics and that particular bit of Internet tomfoolery didn't make it my way.

Ah! Well then you got to enjoy as should be. I saw it spoiled for me on the news. Would have liked to have seen it first then found out like you. More fun.

No but I posted it yesterday in the normal Trump thread. They just gave us Showtime for free so this works out well.

Obama's official portrait looks, um, kind of dumb. A random wood chair surrounded by lots of foliage.

I actually like the president's. Obviously it's a departure from the usual style of official portraiture, but it's striking and contemporary in a good way.
Although called an "official portrait," presidents have several. The new ones are not replacements for the formal suit-and-tie portraits we're used to seeing in history books. For instance, here is GWB's portrait in the national gallery that parallels the Obamas unveiled today:

I really like Michelle Obama's portrait:

I'm going to guess that there are easter eggs hidden in all those leaves, but I don't have the patience to tease them out.
Conspiracy alert: the liberal artist who painted Obama's portrait is trying to corrupt America's youth! Thankfully, Sean Hannity is on the case to warn everyone about the hidden sperm in the portrait (spoilered for the sensitive souls):

I think the best part of that press conference the other day was when, at one point, Obama said he missed seeing many of the people in the crowd, and the crowd all replied in unison "We miss you too" in a rather remorseful way before realizing they all said it at the same time and laughing.
Edit: Also worth pointing out these paintings are just the paintings for the National Portrait Gallery, not the official portraits for the White House. The National Portrait Gallery works tend to be a little less conservative than the official paintings.
Successful comedians do tend to be intelligent and well-educated.
But claiming that they all have the same stances on every issue is silly. Jimmy Fallon is almost apolitical and seemed to like Trump when he hosted him. John Oliver would probably kneecap Bill Maher if he could get the drop on him.
The fact is that some of them are liberal and some of them are centrists. That there are no successful right-wing comedians tells us more about the right than it does about comedy.

Cable Guy.
Also, Hannity.
Also also, Alex Jones.

Tim Allen is pretty successful.
But yeah, that most comedians consider themselves liberals is far more damning for conservatives.
But hey, almost all white supremacists are Republicans or libertarians. So they got that going for them.
