The basic meme template is "I asked <person> and they said they didn't do it" where <person> is someone who did do it.

It obviously isn't going to work if you don't know who <person> is or what <person> did, though, so running with something as obscure as Clinton email server scandal trivia is going to evoke a limited reaction.

Because they were official records and he was instructed not to delete them, IIRC.

The basic meme is that the person being asked is obviously not to be trusted, not that they may or may have done it. We know in *all* memes posted ahead of time that the person being asked has in fact done it.

As for Naedek's post, I have no idea what he's referring to, why it the admin is not to be trusted ahead of time, or what relevance it has in the current context.

In fact I'm not 100% sure who the woman is in the meme pic. Is she someone important?
