The basic meme is that the person being asked is obviously not to be trusted, not that they may or may have done it. We know in *all* memes posted ahead of time that the person being asked has in fact done it.

As for Naedek's post, I have no idea what he's referring to, why it the admin is not to be trusted ahead of time, or what relevance it has in the current context.

In fact I'm not 100% sure who the woman is in the meme pic. Is she someone important?

I actually didn't get it at first. Now I just think it's stupid.
