I am going to go out on a limb here (well not really) and say that both LM & CR will be passing. There is nothing to buy for 1 doubloon, which is all they can muster.

I don't see anything chaosraven can get and with newcastle passing, it looks like I can buy a construction hut for 1 Doubloon +1 quarry, leaving me with 0 doubloons.

We should wait for chaosraven in case I am missing something.

I'd probably wait for chaosraven before El Guapo goes, if only because it's easy for me to miss stuff that isn't my playboard. (Heck, I don't even know how many VPs I have :oops: )

by El Guapo
Ok so LM builds his construction hut. Chaosraven has 1 doubloons and no quarry, so he has to pass, so I'll go ahead and do my action (it's not dependent on what CR would do anyhow).

I'll choose mayor. I'll put 1 new colonist on my factory, and my bonus colonist on corn.I will then move 1 colonist from a tobacco plantation to my indigo plantation, and 1 from the tobacco storage to the small indigo plant.

So to sum up, 1 colonist on the following plantations: indigo, tobacco, sugar, and corn; and 1 colonist on each of the following buildings: indigo plant, tobacco storage, sugar mill, small market, quarry, and factory.

(Out of order, knowing that the rest of us get one colonist to place) I place my new worker on my Wharf and move one worker from my large Indigo Plant to my Construction Hut, looking like this:

Plantations and workers:
[indigo______________1] [indigo______________0] [____________________] [corn________________1]
[indigo______________1] [____________________] [____________________] [corn________________1]
[indigo______________0] [____________________] [quarry______________1] [corn________________1]
Buildings and workers:

[large indigo plant_____2] [____________________] [____________________] [____________________]
[____________________] [Construction Hut_____1] [Wharf______________1] [hospice_____________1]

12 colonists total.
Two slots are open in my buildings for the colonist refill. (One in the Large Indigo and one in Small Sugar Mill)

I like that you are posting out of order. That way I can ask if you intend to leave 2 sugar plantations manned with only one production building slot, while also leaving a coffee production slot open. You may have a reason for what you are doing but this makes more production.

Currently you produce 2 corn, 1 coffee, 1 sugar.

If you change you can produce 2 corn, 2 coffee, 1 sugar.

Thank you LM. I really appreciate your help and advice. I thought just having a worker in the roaster would produce the two coffees (silly me). Thanks!

So, I'll adjust to move one sugar worker to the second roaster slot. I erred on my second corn worker. I have the second corn plantation, but not a worker on it, so I should now be able to produce 1 corn, 2 coffee, 1 sugar. My workers should now look like this:

Yes, different production facilities have different worker capacities, and it's 1 worker in the production facility per 1 plantation worker. The Coffee Roaster has two slots. The easiest way to see this is to look at the pictures of the various production facilities.

If my understanding is correct.

total

Corn = 10
Indigo = 11
Sugar = 11
Tobacco = 9
Coffee = 9

Trader = nothing

Ships have

4 tobacco

NC=
CR= indigo 1
LM = indigo 1
Q = corn 1
EG = indigo 1

NC Takes 1 tobacco 1 corn 1 doubloon
CR Takes 2 corn 1 indigo 1 sugar 1 coffee
LM takes 3 corn 2 inidgo
Q takes 1 corn 1 sugar 2 coffee
EG takes 1 corn 1 indigo 1 sugar 1 tobacco 3 doubloons
NC Takes 1 tobacco

Total in stores (not including doubloons)

NC= 1 corn 2 tobacco
CR= 2 corn 2 indigo 1 sugar 1 coffee
LM = 3 corn 3 indigo
Q = 2 corn 1 sugar 2 coffee
EG = 1 corn 2 indigo 1 sugar 1 tobacco

leaving the following in off board

corn = 1
indigo = 4
sugar = 8
tobacco = 2
coffee = 6

Just one. The office allows you to sell the same good as one that is already in the tradehouse, like you just did.
