Our ONLY chance at continuing this game is lynching an actual democrat.
Yeah, my protection only starts at night, so he is protected from conversion today, not yesterday. But too late on that one.

So we have 4 wolves with the conversion, right:

1) Purge - Converted Lincoln
2) ?
3) ?
4) ?

I am pretty sure I didn't kill Lincoln, as I doubt newcastle was a special, but maybe I really doomed us and killed Lincoln.

I am guessing that Reagan did not find anyone with his scan, so that means we have me as a proven, and Purge as a proven wolf.

<shrug> Who else do we think it is that is a wolf?

My possible wolves:
Chaosraven
Rev
Scoop

But I am horrible at these things, and we don't have much to go on. The Isg kill is most likely just killing a good analytical player. The Purge Conversion just makes sense. So no idea on how cagey the wolves are. Those were good solid moves, so it could be anyone as the wolf.

If we had more to go on we might have a chance, but we are going to need to be lucky to win this game...

Anyone else's thoughts?

Yep. You are right. Actually the rez for yesterday was the move to make, he was converted within hours of him coming out. He cost us a day, which is what we had to do in case he was just being stubborn.

<sigh>

I threatened him, so we can see if anyone else has any insight, and then go from there and proceed with the lynch.

Clinton, Jackson, and a potential conversion makes for a maximum of 3 Democrats. In the hypothetical scenario of a converted Lincoln rezzing a dead Republican they will come back as a Republican, not a Democrat.

I think right now the seer needs to come out to he can be protected, sure it sacrifices RMC but he's more than likely dead anyway.

Obviously this implies that our seer is actually alive...

purge - RevHempus71, El Guapo, bb2112, Vorret

I kinda get this, but at this point there is no denying that purge is a democrat now. If he has a scan of a democrat then I like him coming forward for sure. If not then I am not so sure.

I don't see the point of Reagan coming out unless he has a confirmed democrat scan (other than purge). Otherwise, all Reagan could tell us is that someone is a Republican, which is only useful for narrowing the pool of targets, which is not important now when we have a more-or-less confirmed democrat in our sights.

After we lynch purge then Reagan (if he's still alive) gets another scan. If he has at least one confirmed democrat then he probably comes out. If not he could come out and at least remove two targets from the target pool, plus RMC could protect him that night giving him a third scan.

Yes, we risk the wolves hitting Reagan with their night kill, but (1) probability would be in our favor (odds are they wouldn't hit him); and (2) we need to take at least some minimal risks at this point if we're going to win.

I really don't see the case for him coming out now (absent a confirmed democrat scan).

Yep. I guess I follow this logic. We are gambling, but it is for the win. So let's go for it.

Getting over the initial shock and dismay at Isgrimnur’s death the committee looks expectantly over at purge. Except he isn’t there. Ten roll calls later purge makes a brief appearance to explain how he was busy on a sub-committee and that he wanted to save the rez for later. Without further comment he leaves again. The committee isn’t happy with this response and the votes start piling up. After reaching five votes the Sergeant at Arms brings purge back into the room.

“purge, you have been found guilty of being a Democrat.” The noose is thrown over his head and tightened before he can make a sound other than what can only be described as the braying of a donkey. purge was Democrat.

It is now Night 2.

Just catching up. F*CK! I missed a chance a kill vote!      I hate being sick. :x

Just my two cents, purge probably got converted yesterday probably right before the vote to prevent him from rezzing someone. If he was a democrat he never would have faked a proveable role unless he was Jackson which he wasn't since he didn't shoot someone.

The good news is most likely we know there are only two democrats and with the conversion already done (and most likely Purge) we can look at everyone's behaviors without the specter of conversion and there is a good chance Reagan's scan yesterday was a real one and tonight's is definitely real. The game really hinges on Reagan lasting the night.

I'm kind of surprised that purge never really made a serious effort to pitch the village on not rezzing and lynching someone else. Probably a futile endeavor, but I still would've expected him to give it the ol' college try.

The Democrats want a lot of government all the time. For engineering the OO Shutdown El Guapo has been targeted by the Democrat cabal within the Republican ranks. Upon their return the Committee members only find a note in El Guapo's seat reading "Recycled in the circle of life as worm food."

Okay. Mr Scanner guy come on out.
I can protect you tonight.
Math:
6 players
2 wolves left
Today:
2 proven - me, and Reagan (I hope)
2 wolves in 4 left.

Hopefully one of the 2 scans is still good, and that person is not dead.
So two wolves out of three left.

Miss Today -
5 players 2 wolves
Tonight
4 players 2 wolves - We lose

Hit today
5 players 1 wolf
Tonight
4 players 1 wolf

So we need to find a wolf today, or we lose. Simple enough. So no reason for the scanner not to come out today.

Rev has been on Scoop's ass from day one so he could be a good target (though I'll hold on voting until we get a general concesus going).
