"Speed" is relative to the observer. So an observer moving at light speed in your frame of reference might be stationary (or moving at subluminal speed) in his own. There is no absolute reference, so no absolute speed.

I don't understand the question. What does "work" mean in this context? Illuminate things in front of you? Then...no? Even if they somehow managed to reach objects in front of you before you did, the reflected light would need time to return to your eyes, but since you're moving at light speed you'd reach the object at the same time the light did, with no chance of reflected light travel time.

So the answer is no followed by hell no.

While "speed" is relative, light speed is special. Which brings us to special relativity. Which reminds me that I don't even remember the basics.

Lately I've been watching the short-form online talk show "Tawk with Awkwafina" (who is the least-famous person in the new Ocean's 8 movie). Weird, funny, doesn't overstay its welcome. Not something I would binge, but it's a fun palate-cleanser.

The real goal, though, after a little sniffing (without Bath Salts) is that this is a guy who thrives on the limelight, has a lot of money, nothing but time. He also claims that he has a message that is easier to get out if everyone keeps looking at him, but it's kind of lost in the insanity.

Funny thing is I used to like McAfee. See back in late 1994 or 1995 I got a virus called Doom2deth or Doom2death ...something like that.....and I called McAfee because at that time Id had a pc only about 6 months and they were the only one I knew of. They either had me mail them a copy of the infected file or they knew of it already..not sure which now....and they mailed me a disk with the cure on it. I used it and it worked. So I respected them for years and they were the only ones I trusted until Norton was good. But that didn't last long either.

Music made it intolerable to watch. Which is weird, because there isn't too much that I like or dislike enough to have an opinion (edit: Music-wise! Geezus, I can imagine the eye rolling at that sentence before I edited! I don't have much of an opinion about music, most of the time!) about. I mean, I'm ok with red balloons but I'm not sitting through the second song to get to it, and the idea I get to listen to it again in German isn't appealing either.

I realize that's not the point of the video, but...song number 2 was un-sit-through-able.

Never a WHAM fan but hearing it now takes me back to my teens and the 80s. Also sad he died young. Loved seeing Legend and The Rocketeer in there. Really need to rewatch them.
