Well, I did catch that I did not get as much Indigo as you thought which also meant 1 less Doubloon. You're welcome. :(
You mean 1 less VP?

I withdraw my snark and Vorret thanks you for your efforts, as you earned him 1 VP

No, I meant 1 less Doubloon during the Craftman phase. I get X-1 Doubloons where X is the highest number of non-corn crates I produce. Producing 1 less Indigo translates to 1 less Doubloon. It also costs me a VP during the Captain phase as I do not have an additional Indigo to fill the boat with.

Did we lose Grundbegriff? As the voice of the people should I be declared the winner with El Guapo as Miss Congeniality?

Nah, don't worry, I have it covered.

Let's see...according to this, the winner is, me! I have all the victory points. Thanks to everyone for playing.

Isn't "Miss Congeniality" typically given to the one that everybody likes?

Moliere ships 3 indigo. With his harbor, that's 4VP.
El Guapo ships 1 tobacco. With his harbor. Total: 2VP. Tobacco boat is full.

Nick ships 2 coffee. Total: 2VP.
Vorret ships 1 indigo. Total: 1VP. Indigo boat is full.
Moliere ships 2 coffee. With his harbor, that's another 3VP. Coffee boat is full.
Moliere ships 2 sugar via his wharf. With his harbor, that's another 3VP. Total: 11VP.

Shouldn't Vo produce 1 less Indigo then you show and I produce 1 more (and an additional Doubloon - which you didn't list but should be 1 as you show it or 2 as I think it should go) due to this. He doesn't get the extra choice until after everything else. This will also impact the Captain phase.

I think you're right. I calculated privilege right out of the gate instead of at the end. I'll fix that.

Right, I meant that I will keep one of the sugar crates. Should have been more specific.

I also honestly have no idea how many VPs I have.

Vo already had an indigo.

El Guapo: Missing the fact that supply ran out of indigo crates threw off your calculations. But thank you for trying to carry the ball down the field.
For the record, here's how Captain went:

Moliere: +1 db and +1VP as Captain.
Moliere ships 3 indigo. With his harbor, that's 4VP.
El Guapo ships 1 tobacco. With his harbor. Total: 2VP. Tobacco boat is full.
Remus West ships 1 corn and 1 sugar via his Royal Supplier: 2VP. For his turn, Remus ships 3 ind for 3VP. Total: 5VP.
The ships sail away, sail away, sail away. Empties take their place.

Maybe I'm not following the "Nick skips a rock" reference, but Nick ships 2 coffee that turn for 2 VPs.
Can't imagine what you mean.

That's ok. I'm confident in my records. I just like to cross check if the opportunity is available.

The photos show the current state of the game for reference. But the ascii boards are authoritative if you find differences. And if you find mistakes, let me know!

So we're waiting for Remus to pick something?

El Guapo has clarified his pawn placement, and NickAragua has clarified his spoilage, so... yeah!

I was waiting for confirmation on where I stand. My board still shows 4 doubloons. I thought I had 6. Also it would impact my VP total. Off to double check my own thinking.

edit: During El Guapo mayorage I started with 7. Spent 4 on a mistake hunting lodge, then gained 2 from the Craftsman phase so should be at 5.

I will choose the Prospector +1 to put me at 7 total doubloons.

Eh. If I'd have been more careful earlier I wouldn't be in the situation I find myself in right now. I put any delay on me.

Let's re-do this:

Assuming max production:

Vo: 2tob, 2ind, 4corn.
Mo: 2cof, 1sug, 3ind.
El: 2tob, 2sug, 1ind, 1corn, 1VP.
Re: 1sug, 3ind (should've been 4 but supply ran out), 1corn. +2db.
Ni: 2cof, 2sug, 1corn.

Vo already had an indigo.
Mo already had a sugar.
Re already had an indigo.
Ni already had a sugar.

El Guapo: Missing the fact that supply ran out of indigo crates threw off your calculations. But thank you for trying to carry the ball down the field.[/quote]

For his turn, Remus ships 4 ind for 4VP. Total: 6VP. Indigo boat is full.
Nick ships 2 coffee. Total: 2VP.
Vorret ships nothing. There's no space for his goods. Total: 0VP.
Moliere ships 2 coffee. With his harbor, that's another 3VP. Coffee boat is full.
Moliere ships 2 sugar via his wharf. With his harbor, that's another 3VP. Total: 11VP.
The ships sail away, sail away, sail away. Empties take their place.

Net adjustments:
+1db for Remus, for a Round 12 total of -4+2 and a running total of +7-4+2 = 5db.
+1VP for Remus for shipping 4 indigo instead of 3.
-1VP for Vorret for shipping 0 indigo instead of 1.

Looking back at my handwritten notes on the Craftsman and Captain turns, I see I failed to carry some figures forward to my summary section. Physical boards and ascii board adjusted.

Also, I found an off-by-one error in the count of colonists in supply. There are 22, not 23. And I fixed an error on Nick's board. So everything should be ready to go now.

Trader +1. Sell the sugar for 2 doubloons, +1 for the small market. Should net a total of 4 doubloons.

Ooh, and +1 for trader privilege, so it will actually be 5 doubloons.
