Not sure if this was posted before, I stumbled across this tribute band from Russia, man do they sound good. I watched more of their videos and this one just made me smile. I was a fan of Chicago back in the day. Leonid & Friends covered Introduction recently too.

I've ridden on this a few times, as we used to visit Knoebel's at least once a year in the Before Times. It's a wonderful amusement park. They have a couple of good wooden coasters, a lot of stuff for younger kids, and good food. There's no admission or parking fee, so you can just go to have a nice day walking around in cool wooded park. I was hoping to be able to go there later this summer but will only do so if my whole family gets vaccinated by then.

Flying Turns is decent, but doesn't really live up to the hype after it took them so long to build and get running. It's definitely worth checking out in person, though.

The ride that you can see to the left during the first climb (The Flyer) is a blast, especially if you steer actively and have your young child in the car with you.

I see they have a dark ride or two. I love dark rides. As I recall Six Flags Over Georgia didn't have any when I went in 85 and 86. My little local area place has always had a couple. When Dollywood was Silver Dollar City they had Flooded Mine and Blazing Fury that were really fun in the 80s.

I didn't watch Full House but knew of the twins. Never liked them. When they grew up people said they were hot. I found them weird. Ive always known Elizabeth is their sister but I like her. Always thought she was a pretty woman and has a personality to fit her so to speak. As Garth would say ..watching her run makes me feel all weird! hahahah.

A propos of this:

I've always wondered whether WW2 aircraft machineguns/cannons benefited from additional velocity (and thus force) from the forward speed of the aircraft. Likewise, did a bomber's tailgunner find the bullet trajectory affected by subtracting the aircraft's forward speed? I assume both must be the case.

I know a bullet's velocity is much greater than that of a WW2 plane, but it seems like it would be something that affected your aim.

It's kind of amazing they ever hit anything. Knowing how to use that targeting circle makes me really impressed with the math guys who figured out a way to give the shooters a chance.
