The Princess Bride

The Grandson, shown playing Hardball on his trusty Commodore 64:

Mask:
Fezzik: "Why do you wear a mask? Were you burned by acid, or something like that?"
Westley: "Oh no. It’s just they’re terribly comfortable. I think everyone will be wearing them in the future."

Image

Hat:
There's also a nifty Easter Egg where the cap Rob Reiner wore during filming of This is Spinal Tap can be seen hanging in the Grandson's room:

I'll stop with the hats (and helmets) there. If I have to explain the "electronic game" angle, I'd just as soon not win anyway. ;)

Do the rules explicitly state that the judge can't submit an entry? He may have stumbled onto a fool-proof winning strategy. :coffee:

The judge is old and grows feeble minded by the day. Besides, I didn't think that was a winning answer, and was kind of surprised it was.

I'll shut up now and let the real contenders procede.

I was going to give it to TGB for Rebel Without a Cause because it was the first movie I thought of. Then I saw Corvette Summer and thought, ooh, good answer. Then I watched the trailer. Point, TGB.

Not a fan of vintage '70s trailers? Duly noted, although it did at least confirm the drag racing hook. C'est la vie.

P.S. Rebel would have been my pick too, all things being equal. :)
