Grund, I think you intend this, but you should probably clarify about where you have your weaponry strapped. As in, "I put everything *but* my X and Y into the sack." It's probably not strictly necessary with Chaosraven in charge, but it seems like good form to me.
Also, I apologize if I gave off the impression with Trok in the other game that *all* Chaotic Neutral characters are insane. It just happens to be a serious subset of the group, not simply all encompassing. Also, I have noticed when talking to others that Chaotic Neutral seems to be an alignment of choice as it allows for maximum free choice in any given situation, whereas if your character was good, evil or particularly lawful you would be restricted to those choices when deciding how to play your character. Furthermore, I noticed that despite choosing that alignment, most people just end up playing in a manner similar to Neutral Good.
One final bit, that I'd recommend particularly for you. I have found that playing a character clearly outside my actual alignment (if I were a DnD character, I'd be toeing the line between neutral and chaotic good) to be far more interesting to play. For someone like yourself, who is extremely well versed in opposing schools of thought, I think you'd particularly enjoy playing something outside the norm.
Austin and revhemp, I just wanted to remind you both that with your alignment you should be looking out for number one at all times. Not to affect your style of play, as I'm sure you have an idea in mind already, but remember that the campaign here is going to be going on for months (approaching a year on the other games!) and it's tough to always keep your character consistent. Just try to make sure that your guy sticks to being self-centered, and the rest should fall in line. Oh, and don't let the good guys boss you around!

Chris, rest assured, I know what Rygar is all about. In my mind he is a relative of his names sake. Rygar the Slayer was my first Barbarian. I tend to play them like the original "Conan" movie.
More like I am "good" to my friends, but also seen as evil incarnate to my enemies.

Do we want to chose a color for speech like the other folks have?
So... where to?

Relax. I didn't even read the game. My remarks about CNs were not based on inexperience, nor on anything you might've said; they were simply a joke to kill time.
I started playing (A)D&D regularly in 1980. When were you born, Grenard?

BTW, I know how to get to the Town of William. You head north until you hit the Masspike, and then follow it toward the setting sun until you reach the 7-North near Lee.

I will look for the rougher Inn. I want to find some other fighters to ask about stuff in the area. Don't worry fellas I will behave. Oh if anyone finds a wrestling match let me know, I think I could win us a few extra gold for supplies.

Hmmm. I seem to recall hearing something about the Town of William not long before our party first formed.... Now, what was it again....

Azmus turns his head to one side and listens carefully to the ravens....

Forge you should check with the Temples and see where the most wounded are coming from. It will give us an idea where we might be able to find a fight.
Gull follow me. As I move thru the streets I might be enough of a distraction to allow you to pad our coffers a bit you know.

High opinion of yourself there. I suppose when the bakers and butchers shoo you from their doorways for fouling their access and running off their customers, I could slip in and liberate an egg or a steak.
I'll be around. I do have to check on a couple things though. I'll wait and hear what Az has to say though.

Usually I will nudge you to use an appropriate skill when it could be of help, but in the event any of you feel you may have a skill that could apply, feel free to shoot me a roll and what your intent is behind the scenes.

And use RED for important things like Damage/Status

And i wasn't thinking that high of myself. Just when I walk down the street I don't walk around much of anyone, I kinda walk thru them so I thought that would give you enough distraction to liberate a few coins along the way.

Gull looks aghast.
Are you insinuating that I am a crook; that I would just take coins from folks going about their daily lives?

Much. Thanks!
The ravens are out. That means they're hungry, and that means the fields are already gleaned. Guess we'll have to eat in town.
Last time I passed by here, the Azure Drake was a hall for snoots and snobs. Unless you all have silk stockings and diamonds in yer teeth that I don't know about, I don't see the point. For my part, I can't stomach all that fakery. Cuts into business....
Let's head over to Old Billy's. It's a run-down, ramshackle hut, and they won't care about Rygar's 'special odor'. We'll be bunking in a common room if we stay, but as I recollect, some o' the seedier types there know a thing or two about what's really going on in these parts, and maybe we won't be here long.
Anyhow, we can always check the Crest for a call to arms from the town magistrates. All the respectable folk pass by there after a day's labor, and I expect we could turn a coin or two there if it comes to it. But Old Billy'll open our eyes the quickest.

"Look manling. While we share the road I be making my own decision of where I be headed. I'm parched and I want some ale!"
Mumbles to himself, "Order me aboout like he's the Great King under the Mountain"
Heads off towards Ole' Billy. Leaving the rest standing there

whispering to GullIts like this Gull, Ive seen you pick locks, You pretty damn sneaky. Then there's the removal of trap that seems like you set them yourself, seeing what short work you make of them. I have only heard of one kind of job that takes skills like those. So I felt that as long as our "goodly" comrads were not close by one could work a little "magic".

Old Billys is loud and festive this evening. Games of chance and games of darts take up the attention of most of the patrons. Billy is arm-wrestling a man nearly twice her size, but with only half the scars, as a few others seem to be betting on the outcome.
The only available seats are either singly around the bar, or the four seats around the table with an unconscious man occupying one and most of the table.

I go in and follow the others to the table. I choose to stay standing and watch the activity in the room.
