Gosh, two good answers back to back with Forrest Gump and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

However, the iconic nature of that photo gives it to The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

Point, Unagi.

Giuliani was born in an Italian-American enclave in East Flatbush in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, the only child of working-class parents, Harold Angelo Giuliani and Helen Giuliani, both children of Italian immigrants.

Alas, Vorret beat me to the punch with the obvious choice. So I'll go with Honkytonk Man instead:
As the film opens on an Oklahoma farm during the depression, two simultaneous visitors literally hit the Wagoneer home: a ruinous dust storm and a convertible crazily driven by Red, the missus' brother. A roguish country-western musician, he has just been invited to audition for the Grand Ole Opry, his chance of a lifetime to become a success. However, this is way back in Nashville, Red clearly drives terribly, and he's broke and sick with tuberculosis to boot. Whit, 14, seeing his own chance of a lifetime to avoid "growing up to be a cotton picker all my life," begs Ma to let him go with Uncle Red as driver and protege. Thus begins a picaresque journey both hilarious and poignant.

Alfre Woodard has a small cameo, and King T'Chaka winds up getting killed in a bombing that the Bucky Barnes is set up to take the fall for, launching Black Panther into action.

Be Cool
Chili Palmer helps the widow of an executed friend to resurrect a record company using the talents of young and talented female vocalist and songwriter. The plot is complicated by several facts:

In a loan-shark subplot from Get Shorty of "who owns who", Chili makes deals and owns all the players as a "producer".

The Russian Mafia (headed by Alex Kubik as Roman Bulkin) are trying to kill Chili because he witnessed the execution of Athens.

[Tommy] Athens' (James Woods) record company owes money to a gangster/producer, Sin LaSalle.

The Gauntlet

A hard but mediocre cop is assigned to escort a prostitute into custody from Las Vegas to Phoenix, so that she can testify in a mob trial. But a lot of people are literally betting that they won't make it into town alive.

Since the invention of the kiss, there have only been five kisses that were rated the most passionate, the most pure. This one left them all behind.

And there was also a King-in-law.
