If he isn't the Alpha then whichever of you is probably chose him to avoid being chased by him.
Hmmm, this is actually a good point, although I still don't want to throw away Unagi on a day 1 vote.
So you agree that Unagi would be a likely choice for the Count but find it better to lynch elsewhere. I see.
I would have to say Unagi is one I would not want to lynch on day 1 either unless there was good evidence; Even if I agree with Remus point. He would make a good pick to keep him off the good side, yet he would also make a good night one kill without drawing him over to the dark side.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

If the alpha felt the need to keep me off his case, wouldn't he just kill me tonight instead of making me his partner? Wouldn't wolf-me be a liability as a partner?

In fact, the only thing better for this alpha wolf would be to have the village just lynch me on day 1. just sayin.

That's kind of what I was thinking when I saw Remus' push to kill Unagi: if the wolves are really anxious about Unagi hunting them, they could just kill him. (I'm not sure how much of a "liability as a partner" Unagi would be, though, so he definitely doesn't get a pass.)

I do think Remus' kind of aggressive push might be worth a Day One vote, anyway.

Tonight you may be protected.
Wouldn't wolf-me be a liability as a partner?
Why? Because so many people are clamoring to lynch you right away?

You are the one making declarations about the alpha wolf finding me to be of top importance. If I engage your straw man - you call me conceited?

You should know me well enough to know I'm simply giving you crap with the humble comment rather than being offended. Perhaps I should include :P  so everyone knows I was playing there and simply found it funny due to the juxtaposition between that your RL self which does come across as humble (at least at Octocons).

with my recent reply in regard to your humility, I was kidding! (and I thought it was exactly your style of come-back! Damn) :D

regarding my sincere first post this morning... yeah - I was grumpy...

But in my defense... Remus was painting the picture of an Alpha Wolf that fears me being a part of team Good... when I point out that it seems easier for that Alpha Wolf to just night-1 kill me, it was frustrating to then have Remus claim I actually felt the Alpha Wolf feared me in the first place. :grund:

anyhow - I'm OK.

And the theory, what ever it's merits, didn't happen - so there is that.

Heh, no worries. It hurts because it's true! I am terrible at spotting wolves.

And anyway, now that you have clarified that you are not a wolf, I think we can put this issue to rest! I haven't felt this relieved since Trump said that there was definitely no collusion.

I'm sick of the Super Bowl being played late on a Sunday so I started a petition. I thought I would reach out to my OO brethren where I could touch tens of people. This is really the only social site I do, so what the heck. If it goes somewhere, great, if it doesn't, I haven't really lost anything.

It is called "Change Super Bowl Sunday to Saturday" and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name.
My goal is to reach 100,000 signatures and I need more support. You can read more and sign the petition here:

http://chn.ge/2EkOwmO

If you know other like minded individuals, please forward this. It probably will not make a difference, but then again, who knows.

Thanks!

No, I purposely decided to spam you. I know a lot of people that talk about how the Super Bowl needs to be on a Saturday, so I figured why not throw out a useless gesture and see what happens. Aside from annoying you, of course. Sorry.

Annoyed or not, now go sign that petition!
