Pretty sure it's making fun of libs (and CNN) for how they misrepresent things. In this case calling Ivermectin a horse dewormer when it also has legitimate human applications.
To be fair to the translator, the expression she has listening to Florida Man is the one that just about anyone who didn't have a MAGA brain-worm infection had for four solid years.

I saw my first "Let's Go Brandon" bumper sticker today. He also had a "Guns don't kill people, people kill people" sticker. Not surprisingly, he was driving aggressively (because these fucktards are apparently always angry). The only weird thing is that it wasn't a pickup truck, but a Prius.
I guess these people have some reason for flouting their idiocy, but all it is for me is a flashing neon sign that says, "I'm an asshole and garbage person."

What is their goal here? Just general chaos? Most of their viewers would prefer the racially "insensitive" remix to the true version anyway. Or is this just more stiggin'/Let's Go Brandon?
(BTW Satchel Paige is among the best pitchers ever, anything that brings him more visibility is welcome but fuck Fox (again) for this)
