Frank vs. The Russians episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia still remains one of the funniest half hours of television I've ever seen.

Eddie Redmayne’s Master of Ceremonies character from the musical Cabaret is…interesting. He performed during the Tony’s and people are torn. I will say at the very least that it’s original as hell. His performance is terrifying yet comic. As one reviewer wrote, he’s like the puppet and the puppet master at the same time. I’m not sure if it’s genius or just too weird. But I’m leaning more towards the former after watching it a few times.

I dont know who he is or what that show is and I dont care for plays and theater, but that was a good performance from what I saw.

Everyone who plays that role has to outdo Joel Gray without mimicking Joel Gray. That fellow certainly puts a new spin on it.

Eddie Redmayne is one of the best actors performing right now. He just gets so lost in his characters. He’s cut from the same cloth as Christian Bale and Tom Hardy.

Pat Sajak's goodbye ...man all the original game show hosts are now gone or retired. That golden age from childhood is over.

I don't think I'd ever play such a game, but if you posted some videos of you cleaning a really dirty rug, I'd probably watch some of them.

Ive actually watched a few rug cleaning video. No idea why.

Youtube periodically kicks up videos (mostly shorts) of people professionally cleaning these rugs that they find in dumpsters, on the side of the road, retrieved from hoarder houses, etc. It's actually very relaxing to watch

The concert was cheap because they’d sell records and tapes to make their money. And the federal minimum wage was $3.30 rather than $12. So that 3x minimum wage would be $36, with the extra covering for lost album sales.

The federal minimum wage is still $7.25. It hasn't changed since 2009. Of course it's much higher in many states ($15 in MA).

Stupid AI article confused the state increases as of July 1, 2024 and January 1, 2024. I think most states are $10+. Nevada went to $12 as of 7/1.
