Shall we get into the issue that we were taught that grammar was black-and-white, and that most of us didn't even know that there were different 'styles' of grammar until college, and that half of the rules we were taught are going to be considered incorrect by one style guide or another? How many grammar nazis out there have based criticisms on one particular style with no consideration that what they're 'correcting' is already correct in the style the author was taught?

90% of the complaints I see about apostrophes is in regards to possessives. For some reason my brain hiccuped and I wrote about possessives when she specifically said plurals.

So, yeah. I know how to grammer kinda gud, but sometimes my brain gets distracted (butterfly!) and comments on the wrong point.

Reminds me of my new car's headlights. Standard beams so bright that I can't see more than 50' in front of my car because they destroy night vision beyond where they project, high beams so bright that it looks like daylight. It's weird and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Talk to a medical professional that specializes in vision. Draw 10 scrabble tiles and put them in some order and that will probably get you close to the appropriate doctor.

Amazing. He is 99 years old. Id still know him by his voice. He is spritely and gets around without a cane or walker or help. Even dances a little jig. Still has his mind. Holy Jesus that man has been a part of my life ALL my life and Im 55...born in 1969. He was 44 years old when I was born!......man oh man he is a f'n wonder. Made me happy when I was down , got me singing when it was raining.........and there he is still the same old Dick Van Dyke.

Words escape me to describe him or what I feel at this moment watching him in that video. Surprises never end..and neither does Dick Van Dyke apparently

Thanks Grif for posting that. I hadn't thought of him in a long while. I pretty much figured he was gone. Its great to see him still him and happy carrying on. Just WOW!!

I would hope he has a lifetime ban in place that keeps ottomans far away from him.

That was awesome! I'm pretty sure my parrot is that smart, but I'm not smart enough (or motivated enough) to train him.

I love the tribal guys reactions. I watch a lot of their react videos. Always seems strange to refer to them as Tribal. It brings up images of cavemen living out in the wild or Africans roaming the savanna. I think of them more as villagers and herders and such.

And the crow video amazed me. I was thinking no way it would understand some of those puzzles. But dang'git it got them all right.

This is a fun little video. They guy takes $100 to both the most expensive country (Sweden) and the cheapest (Vietnam) and lives for 24 on that $100. The Vietnam one is great. So cheap but great.
