I'll cut hm some slack on this. I'll sometimes type "too" when I mean to, or "their" for there. That's called being an old fart. I try to go back and catch it before sending, but I'm not always successful.

Yea, I think the real issue is that a direct line into the momentary mental meanderings of the president is something we would be better off without. It is about as helpful/enjoyable as walking in on your grandma coming out of the shower.

Ya they are complaining about the tone. Not the fact that you batshit crazy lied for 70+ minutes. ;) I never knew I could hate a person so much.

The eclipse retweet amuses me, because it implies that Obama is the sun, and Trump's fat ass is blocking out all of his light. Which is actually appropriate, just not in the way he thinks it is. Because I don't think he understands how eclipses or symbolism work.

The only thing that enters his head is that you can only see him and not Obama. For him that is a win, just like seeing his name plastered all over the news. Even if they are all calling him a fucking moron.

That's not the real issue and you know it. The real issue is the owner of those mental meanderings. Obama routinely tweeted while in office, and he came across as a freakin' adult compared to your mental midget in office.

I just watched some of the Reno speech. It was completely robotic, and you can see his eyes tracking the teleprompter the whole time.

Even with a script projected, Trump is just awful with language. He reads word-for-word, so his sentences don't sound like sentences. There's no cadence or movement in his voice at all. He might as well be reciting lists of numbers.

I'm trying not to be paranoid about this, but it's hard not to notice how often he flashes his short-fingered "OK" gesture, which (splayed out the way he does it) just happens to look exactly like the white-power hand signal.

Do I think he is flashing a white power hand signal? Probably not. But it's a fair concern and we absolutely shouldn't have to wonder about that happening concerning the POTUS in 2017. #FuckTrump

The ADL doesn't think it's a thing:
“Has the simple thumb-and-forefinger “OK” hand gesture become a white supremacist hand sign,” the organisation asked in a blog post.

“Well, no, it hasn’t, but you are likely to hear just the opposite from social media, thanks to the latest hoax from members of notorious website 4chan.”

I think anyone, regardless of political party, should be terrified that the President of the United States tells you on an almost daily basis not to believe that which you have witnessed with your own eyes.

I think it was Planet Money that looked into that tech. Their finding was that while it's still being worked on, it's not currently advanced enough to use effectively outside of tightly-controlled situations.

But I'm sure we'll get there within a few years. Hopefully Trump won't be a thing by then. Or Roger Stone and his buddies, because I'm legit scared about what that crew would do with this.

But hasn't the joke become a self-fulfilling? You see lots of alt-right assholes using it in selfies and snapshots. Even if it started ironically, at some point it just becomes the thing.

The Federal Aviation Administration has put out an advisory for the Bedminster area from Sept. 1-4, traditionally a precursor to a visit from the president.

GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just in time to cock up traffic in the area and screw over the local airports for Labor Day weekend. Wooo...

Well, you can't very well expect him to stay in the White House. That place is a dump, despite the recent renovations.

The traffic problem is situational. The last time it was because there was a thunderstorm rolling through and they likely didn't want to chance it via helicopter. But naturally people should just have to live with the fact that their POTUS is a man-child and can't consider the extreme burden he is putting on them. He totally needs to putter around in golf carts each weekend at the same place over and over. #FuckTrump.

(CNN)

James Clapper, former director of National Intelligence, said Wednesday morning he questioned President Donald Trump's fitness for office.

"I really question his ability to be -- his fitness to be -- in this office, and I also am beginning to wonder about his motivation for it," Clapper told CNN's Don Lemon on "CNN Tonight."

Clapper also said he is worried about the President's access to the nuclear codes.

"In a fit of pique he decides to do something about Kim Jong Un, there's actually very little to stop him," Clapper said. "The whole system is built to ensure rapid response if necessary. So there's very little in the way of controls over exercising a nuclear option, which is pretty damn scary."

First thing that pops in my head is that scene from Stephen King's 'Dead Zone' since I just watched it for the first time a few days ago:
"Mr. Vice President, Mr. Secretary, the missiles are flying. Hallelujah. Hallelujah."

I feel bad about complaining about Obama and Biden traffic all the time. My 25 minute commute became 2-3 hours on a routine basis but at least I was being inconvenienced by someone who was not a national embarrassment.

There's a bunch of airports that literally have been shutdown half the summer because of this asshole. I could see them closing for good because they won't be able to stay afloat. It's ridiculous.

I'm also pretty sure Obama wasn't going to the same place every weekend. This is fucking ridiculous. I have a friend who lives down the road. He is pretty fed up with the delays and the checkpoints. Also this summer has been miserable for parts of the town. I'd love to see a story about how this asshole is killing local small business.

One of his many gems. Trump supporting these assholes just emboldens them. He's complicit.

Lets see how Captain Dumbass handles any issues that come from the hurricane in Texas. I'm sure it will be well organized and he will take all the proper steps. ;) Probably will mention whatever properties he has in the area and how nice they are.
