I'd much rather Athena try to find us a cylon. I won't be convinced scoop is human until I see a scan or autopsy.

I feel the same for you. :)

Also, strange concern you have... I was happy to be the night scan, cause if they killed me - it would have been great for the good guys really, and if they didn't I would have joined the ranks of the "Chaos Trusted"...

Don't you see how, if you are human, you being scanned is not a bad thing really? And if you are a powerless human, you being our night kill is basically as good as it gets??

I think it will be a net gain, either way.

An explosion rocks the ship. The survivors pour from their rooms and head toward the location of the blast. They find the room, the door is completely blown off it’s frame and is lying twisted in the hallway. “Who’s room was this?” Revhempus yells above the commotion. Unagi speaks up, “It was Remus West’s room.”
“What the hell was he doing in there?” Before anyone could respond purge runs up, out of breath, he says “I found kraegor. He’s been shot and he’s dead.”
“Frak! Obviously the Cylons are still active. Let’s get to the meeting room and get to work.”

OK,
so.... either Cavil and Six are both dead.
or.... They found #7

I really wasn't expecting 2 deaths for some reason (no, I am not trying to seem 'innocent').

Obviously, we need the 2 other specialist to come forward and get themselves "trusted".

Big hit, 2 specials dead - and two very strong players too.

The only thing at this moment that we can be sure of is:
Mipe is Human.
Sean was not #7.
Austin was not #7 or Athena.
Kraegor was Helo.
Remus was a Specialist.

things we can be pretty sure of:
Chaos is Cylon.
... is a Specialist
... is a Specialist
Grund gave Tru1cy his login/password

things we are taking on some faith:
Chaos is Athena
Austin was Six
Grundbegriff is Human
Bakhtosh is ...

(the ... are things we should be learning today)
Am I missing anything?
In adition. should we be looking for a full outing?

Ten Players remain

Six unknown, including #7

Athena + 3 Humans

Today 10 - Lynch leaves 9
Tonight 9 - Kill leaves 8
Tomorrow 8 - Lynch leaves 7
Tomorrow Night 7 - Kill leaves 6
Next Day 6 - Lynch leaves 5
Next Night 5 - Kill leaves 4 ****

In the event Sean was #10 or #10 has been found (or will be found), there are 3 Lynches.
The Cylon(s) can kill 3 of us.

Removing the 2 Specialists from the Pool of 6 gives us 3 of 4 to test.
If Tory has found Baltar, she should tell us.

I believe outing today is the best choice, EXCEPT if Bakh, Grund, or mipe have a Role but are not Apollo (who hopefully has news for us of some kind)

It would help us greatly if 4 Specialists came forward.

It would prove that #10 has been converted, and we would have 50/50 odds.
Our 3 chances becomes a 100% win.

4 Specialists =
Lynch Specialist: next 2 lynches kill the 2 Cylons
Lynch Cylon: kill Partner claiming to be Specialist

Correction up there (Lassr's list had it too).

I think Tory can certainly come forward and Apollo too. I am not sure what to make of either claim though.
The Specialist for SURE.

Personally, I am concerned with Scoop now. I am praying the two specialist are redrun and purge.

The fact that #7 has been found leans me toward thinking Scoop may very well have called out to those two.

Remus had said they would not have any trouble proving they were linked with Remus. There should be a planted code of some sorts that proves all three very early in the game.

I don't think the cylon(s) will be trying to claim specialists.
As it's been said - it would take 2 cylons to counter the 2 living Specialists, and the cylons would then be playing their whole hand.

Aha, actually... durrr.

It simply must mean that Cavil and Six are both dead.

We would have had a night with no deaths if they had stumbled on #7 ever.

I appologize for not realizing this at first - as I hate when people do this, because I think they are trying to look like "it couldn't possibly be them".

I suck. Sorry. :?

Ahh, yes - you are right.

If they (Six and Cavil) had stumbled on #10 looking for Baltar... then #7 wouldn't have been 'In Charge'/'Engaged' and able to detonate his bomb.

Ok, 2 dead last night. So # 7 is deffinately alive. Meaning that the dead Cylons are a combination of Six, 10, Cavil. Without Apollo coming forward we have no way to know for sure wich 2 are the dead cylons.

I agree that the two specialist must come out.

Its possible we have only one or only two cylons left.

We are pretty lucky that we have such a small pool of unknowns

I realize many of you think I would be a good person to kill today. However, I know I am a citizen so I disagree.

Out of the unknowns I am the most leery of Unagi but I think today would be a smart time to take out one of the less active players in case it comes down to them late in the game.

I suggest today's lynch target be RevHempus.

That's where logic leads me.

Code: Select all

If Six and Cavil and #10 (if converted) are killed before finding Cylon #7 then Cylon #7 takes over the role of choosing the nightly targets (scanning for #10 and the kill).
He may detonate it any night after he has been found by the other cylons or if Six and Cavil are dead.
Hmmm.

Actually that may not mean the same thing regarding #10 having been found.

It does mean Six and Cavil are dead, as we did not have a night with no kill.
As #7 could have been given the option to detonate it even if #10 had been found, but #10 chose Night Kill.

Rev, how do you come to the conclusion that #10 could be one of the dead Cylons?

Apollo coming forward wouldn't help (Apollo could even be a freshly awakened #10) ... Everything banks on Chaos being Athena.

Assume Chaos is Athena.

We have two dead cylons.

The only way for #7 to detonate his bomb would be for Six and Cavil to be dead.
OR for them to have 'discovered #7', but that would have been a night with no kill (that didn't happen).

Six and Cavil must be dead, and we have only 2 dead cylons. They are Cavil and Six.

Assuming Chaos is Athena.

As #7 could have been given the option to detonate it even if #10 had been found, but #10 chose Night Kill.

LASSR: is that interpretation correct?
If 10 had been found, 7 will remain hidden until 10 is dead or 10 finds 7. 7 would not detonate the bomb until found or ALL active Cylons are dead.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Actually that may not mean the same thing regarding #10 having been found.

It does mean Six and Cavil are dead, as we did not have a night with no kill.

Yeah... um Lassr,

If #10 was detected and brought on board the Cylon Party on, say... Monday Night.
And Tuesday Day we killed the last of "Cavil and Six"...

Would #7 be allowed to detonate his bomb Tuesday Night, or would it require #10 to 'stumble upon' #7 in an accidental Attack?

Ok, so Logic dictates Sean was Cavil, as Austin was Six.
Rules clarification bears out that #10 was not converted prior to last night (under Found or others Dead rule for #7 Bomb).

Active but have not claimed Specialist:
Scoop20906 ---
Unagi ---
RevHempus ---
-----------------------------
Remainder:

redrun ---
purge ---

Now, I doubt Remus wanted a Specialist scanned (Bakh=human)
and he argued against mipe being one (mipe=human)

Grund is human, could be one (this would suck as it was one of my scans too, only good side is he cannot be #10)

OK, well I have chimed in. I am not a Specialist.

Bakhtosh : ?

RevHempus: Can we assume that you are not a Specialist? Please clarify.
Scoop: You are sticking to the "I am a citizen" thing too, right?

I agree about the specialists coming forward.

Meetings for several hours, but will post more in a bit.
Sufficient I am to the day.
