I used to use avault's patch list to keep me updated on new patches. It was nice neat and showed everything chronologically. http://www.avault.com/

Since they no longer update it, is there another site that does this?

If you track the games you are interested in at Gamespot, they will alert you (via the front page of the site) about all news items about those games, including new patches. It has a little client-specific section on the right. I think it's pretty useful.
