Nine books for $7.50

University had a used book sale today in the student union building just outside our bar. All hardcovers were $1.00, Softcovers at $0.50!
I managed to pick up these fine titles....

A Pocket History of the United States by Allan Nevins and Henry Steele Commager (Seems to be from 1954, but is a good read so far)
England in the Late Middle Ages by A.R. Myers Part 4 of the Pelican History of England
Stuart England by J.P. Kenyon Part 6 of the Pelican History of England
England in the Eighteenth Century by J.H. Plumb Part 7 of the Pelican History of England
England in the Nineteenth Century by David Thompson Part 8 of the Pelican History of England
England in the Twentieth Century by David Thompson Part 9 of the Pelican History of England
The Unconscious Civilization by John Ralston Saul
AND
History of Europe in the Nineteenth Century by Benedetto Croce
