Steam Client - possible to limit bandwidth usage somewhere?

Hey is there a setting in Steam somewhere, that I'm missing that would allow me to limit the bandwidth it uses?

You can set how fast of a network connection you have, which may throttle it. I've never seen Steam use up a significant portion of my bandwith, so I've never really worried about it.

Try "DU Super Controler" and you will be able to set the maximum upload and download of each application using the internet
