Laptop video drivers

I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 with an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128 MB chip in it. Can I use the regular Catalyst drivers with it or will it wonk up my laptop? I couldn't find anything that said yea or nea on their site. Thx!

I'd recommend the drivers at www.omegecorner.com. Work with just about any laptop that doesn't use shared video memory. Works great with my 8600 w/ 128 meg 9600 Pro Turbo.
