Octopus Overlords

This is my current setup

PC#1, WinXP, HD(NTFS)
PC#2, Win98, HD1(primary), HD2(Slave). Both HD are Fat32

I have all my data on HD2 on PC#2. I would like to move HD2 to PC#1. Would this work since PC#1 would then have a primary HD(NTFS) and slave HD(Fat32)? I don't want to lose any data and there is too much to put on CDR/DVDR.

It should work, no problem.

Only thing would be to make sure the primary drive is set to master, and the slave to....well, slave

you can move the drive to PC#1 and it should read it without any trouble at all...WinXP works with both NTFS and FAT32 in any combination within the same system.
