I am going to trade city of heros and looking for somebody that has experience with this. I have never traded a MMO before.
What information do I need to give the person? How do they change the credit card information? What else is there to do?

I traded CoH way back when.
As I recall, you cancel your account, which removes your credit card information from their records. They still have until the end of the current billing period to play before they will need to go in and resubscribe, which will require them to put in their own card info.
You will need to give them the game, CD key, plus all of your account information - login, password, etc. The account is then theirs entirely.
You may want to go in and edit any personal info out of your profile that you don't want them to have.
