Super Deal on a GF 6800 Ultra - $350 new (all gone)

I'm almost certain that the guy selling these is the guy who runs case-mod.com (great site for buying hardware). He's been an AT member since 2000 and has good heatware ratings.

If someone is looking for a fantastic deal on an Ultra this is it. I can't personally vouch for the guy but he's well known on the AT forums.

I already have a 6800 that unlocks and gets about 11,500 in 3dmark 03 and have some other bills so I'm not getting in on this. I thought some others might want to, though.

I, indeed, was joking with a fellow mod. I thought it was funny (not in a haw-haw way, but in a "gotcha!" way) that he made a post in the wrong forum -- especially when it was in a forum of his own moderation.

Then I never bothered with sending him a note letting him know it needed to be moved. Then the deal expired. Then nobody cared.

I thought it was more appropriate in GC than in Deals because it wasn't from a company but from a guy on another forum. I understand the humor, though.
