Reboot Loop :(
Help!
My home pc seems to be stuck in a 'reboot loop'.
Problem:
Computer boots fine untill the win xp loading screen. It will load normally from that then goto a blank screen, load for a second before rebooting itself...again and again and again.
Causes?:
Was doing some matienacne on it before work this morning. Ran spybot, then adaware. Checked for and installed latest win security update. Then updated norton antivirus via the 'live udate'. It neeed new definitions and something core something?(only word I remeber was core). After that update it wanted to reboot and thats when the problem started.
Solutions?:
Im stumped. Thanks in advance for any help.

Were you able to boot into safe mode without problems?

Yea im thinking a safe boot and a system restore should do the trick. Only way I know to boot in safe mode is by having Norton System Works in my drive on start up. I know there is some kinda 'F' key command too but cant remebr which. Unfortunattly I had to leave for work, so my experiments were cut short.
edit: google says f8 for safe mode.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
the system has been shut down.
Also try a google for "STOP: c000021a." Be prepared to dig a bit though.
