Okay, it's not technically Friday where I am, but I'm sure it's Friday somewhere. If you haven't already, check out the articles on Popehat related to Prenda Law. I think there are three now. There are links to other articles with court transcripts that are quite funny. The really fun read is the deposition mentioned in the comments of this post. 291 pages of crazy - or at least that is my impression as IANAL.
Edit - and here's a link to a Techdirt summary of the deposition (with the deposition embedded at the bottom).

Re: Friday Timewaster
I hate you.
I "played" passively for a couple over hours on Wednesday to see what happens when you make 15 cookies and never click on another cookie again. I shut the game down to come back to it yesterday.
Apparently Golden Cookies (or bunnies as I call them when I looking for them) don't happen until you "refresh the game". I went to passive play for a couple of hours yesterday and ended up giving up my entire evening obsessively watching for bunnies and then ultimately giving myself carpal tunnel 153 seconds at a time. When I shut down last night, I had cone from about 1 million cookies per second to about 40 billion cookies per second before turning the game off after the Tigers game. That means I sat there clicking and hunting for about five hours straight. Idiot.

In a single day/ several hours??? You went from 1 mil to 40 Bil??? That's like - well, that seems almost not doable. please verify.

I mean, even Stessier up there seems to have taken maybe 4 days to do that.

Yeah I did. Mainly by clicking on bunnies and then spaz clicking. Early on it was because Lucky Bunny multiplies your bank amount by by 110% up to 1000 times your current per second total. So I always kept over 1000 xs my per second output banked and later because my spaz clicking during x's 7 bouts would net about 1000 xs my per second total. During the sacred x 77 bouts I'd pull in 10,000 xs my per second total.Unagi wrote:REALLY?!LordMortis wrote:When I shut down last night, I had cone from about 1 million cookies per second to about 40 billion cookies per second

Ultimately after 5 prisms (which I stared the day with) I concentrated on buildings until upgrades can be had quickly and easily. I ended the day with 50 prisms but I am purchasing buildings at the .5 quadrillion level.
I don't know the totals but I probably clicked on over 100 bunnies yesterday.
also not, you want the bunnies for more reasons than that. Bunnies will get you achievements which raise your milk which raises your production level. They also occasionally lay eggs which not only give you achievements but the eggs are buildings (which not only get you more achievements) but some of the eggs are huge powerful.

Yes. If you click it, you won't be able to play passively for a while...kinda. On the other hand, clicking it is the only way to get some of the achievements.Unagi wrote:You aren't...stessier wrote:Since it looks like I'm the only one playing,![]()

Did you get any of the bunnies that start the blue timer (rather than the 154s red one)? Those really move things along...especially if you get one at the end of the 154s timer as they results are additive. For one event I was making 22 trillion cookies per click for 26 seconds and was able to get more than 300 clicks (around 7 quadrillion).LordMortis wrote:Yeah I did. The blue timer is the huge one 15s at x's 77 usually nets me about 10,000 x's my normal count.stessier wrote:Did you get any of the bunnies that start the blue timer (rather than the 154s red one)? Once I had a blue timer 15x at x's 77 happen while the 154s of x's 7 will clocking down and I don't know wow if figured out the mulitiplier but I ended up with 100s of trillions of cookies when I was still producing about 2.5 billion per second. It was glorious... And quickly spend on buildings.

Re: Friday Timewaster
For your spending sprees, do you concentrate on buildings or the Upgrade purchases? I found it pays to do the math as the best path is usually some Upgrades purchases, followed by buildings, and then back and forth. My cheapest Upgrade is 9.9 quadrillion right now and I've only got 4 available. The problem is buying more buildings really doesn't change my total CpS much and they are super expensive.

Re: Friday Timewaster
I do intuitive math, which is probably the wrong approach. I mentally look at how much it costs to upgrade prisms. Then at current cost the current cost of the buildings. I balance the current cost in prisms versus the benefit of the cheapest building.stessier wrote:For your spending sprees, do you concentrate on buildings or the Upgrade purchases? So say a 15% increase will net me 150,000,000 cookies per second and a prism nets me 50,000,000 then concentrate on building prisms until the cost of buildings is about 3 x's the cost of a prism.
I spend way too much upgrading lesser production because "they're cheap" but then they aren't cheap because OCD takes over and I want a round number. Like I have 200 clickers right now because I wanted the 200 clicker achievement but they only produce some 10s of millions of cookies per second and yet the upgrades cost nearly as much as my 50 prisms which produce 10s of billions of cookies per second.

Depends how you define cheating and playing the game. Do you just want to see how things end? In which case, sure, do it. Do you want to see how long it takes you to play the game as designed? Then yes, it's cheating.Fretmute wrote:Would it be cheating if I were to write a program that simulates 60 mouse clicks per second?
But in both cases, you're only playing against the game. It's not like you're hurting anyone no matter what you choose.

Updated the table with today's haul. I was actually busy so many fewer Golden Cookies were had.
Also, here is the building breakdown with price for next purchase

It took about 30 seconds. All of the functions you need are already in User32.

Did it again. As the Tiger game comes to a close I am at 135 billion CPS. And the expansion has really slowed down now that I have all but three of the available buildings and they are either expensive or provide the warning that I'm unleashing havoc. I'll probably take the havoc building tomorrow when I am stupid enough to start up the game again.

Read about heaven cookies. Did some screwing around getting them and got to about 20 trillion CPS over the weekend. I sit in front of the screen doing noting too much. Putting this away.

I'm up to 357 bil. CPS.
I've got 96 Prisms. (next 1 will cost me about 50 quadrillion)
I'm looking at my next Upgrade as being Kitten Managers: 891 quintillion.
So, it looks almost like I am 'done playing' (because 891 quintillion is not going to ever happen at < 1 trillion CPS), but that's just annoying the hell out of me.
What am I missing LM. How do you get 20 trillion, CPS ? Is that with a golden cookie bonus in effect, or is that your baseline?
