Think of all the old characters we could bring forward.
You've got the different talents of the replicants, the good doctor, the bladerunner(s) etc. I imagine Darryl Hannah's character to mimic the Six/Baltar situation, where she's looking for the Dr's chess partner), and the bladerunner(s) repair a scanner to work on at least one.

Of course you need a zerk replicant.
My apologies if it's already been done.
I like it. Although...
Wasn't there a game done years ago called Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep which would be the same. I wasn't in that game but I think I recall it.
I rarely watch movies outside of the theater (there are so many other things I could be doing!) and I was only like 10 when this came out. I've thought it would be a good idea to rent some day, but I don't think I'll have 2 hours free for at least the next 5 years. Kids.

Nothing wrong with doing another version of it, or even a repeat.
"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.
The door shut again and Snufkin entered his forest, with a hundred miles of silence ahead of him.

Allow me to just say that I am glad we killed you first now.
“As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.” - H.L. Mencken

Can a Replicant be human? Is there any way to truly tell the difference? That's the ultimate point which isn't stated literally ever in the film, but is hinted at in one scene which is the scene Kraegor quoted above. It's a "think about stuff" movie with a few action scenes thrown in. Everything can't be a Michael Bay action-fest.
And that ultimate point is dead-on with the short story "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" which also ends without spelling things out either.

I don't need everything to be a Michael Bay action fest. I can appreciate nuanced movies. But this one didn't ever spark my deeper thought processes. It turned me off of caring about it well before it started to stimulate me mentally.
So are you going to do one of these for us, purge?
What I used:
16 Players
3 Replicants (PM allowed, know each other, the Bad Guys)
1 Bladerunner (Protect -possible VK- possible Hunt)
2 Doctor (Void Komp Testing)
2 Police Officer (PM allowed, know each other)
8 Citizens... One citizen may be revealed as a Replicant
Bladerunner Options:
Protect one player from Replicants - only allowed to protect any one player once per game. In the event the protected player was chosen for death, the Bladerunner will be allowed a VK Question that night.
Hunt in the event the Bladerunner receives a positive ID from his VK Question, he may hunt and kill that Replicant instead of Protecting at night.
Doctor Options:
Void Komp (VK) Testing : Both doctors are allowed to ask "Is X a Replicant" where X is a Living Player.
Special Note: the first Doctor to administer a VK test to the Bladerunner will be allowed to PM with him. If both Doctors VK the Bladerunner on the same night, they will instead be allowed to PM with each other.
Police Officers:
Allowed to PM each other, know each other at start of game.
Citizens:
The first citizen scheduled for night execution by the Replicants that has not had a VK test will instead become a Replicant that evening. The following will nullify this - (1) Protected by the Bladerunner, (2) VK test being administered that night
In the case the victim was protected, they are still eligible to be "Replicated" if no other player has been "Replicated"
The Game will start with NIGHT, where the Replicants choose a victim, the Doctors administer VK, and the Bladerunner may protect.
Replicants may not kill themselves at Night.
The Doctors may choose not to administer a VK test.
The Bladerunner may choose to neither Protect nor Hunt.
Voting will be slated for a 48 hr period maximum.
Majority will be 1 more than Half the remaining players.
Once majority is reached no votes may be retracted or changed.
In the event 48hr does not obtain a Majority, player with the most votes within time limit is executed.
Weekends are to be considered extended time due to low participation and will count as one day.
Vote Execution will Reveal Replicant Status, but not other Roles
