Senator Clinton has allied herself with the other nutjobs going after games themselves instead of placing the burden on the idiot parents who let their 6-year olds play GTA San Andreas:

I liked her better when she was concerned with real issues like health care.
Mods, if this needs to be in P&R feel free to move it.

Why is it the democrats who are always so rabidly pro-censorship?
Tipper Gore, Leiberman, and now Hillary Clinton.
"encourages children to have sex with prostitutes and then murder them." What? I never got the encouragement to do that in the game, and I'm no child!

This is a silent epidemic of media desensitisation that teaches kids it's OK to diss people because they are a woman, they're a different colour or they're from a different place
The use of "diss" and the spelling of color as "colour" should never be in the same sentence.
As for prostitutes, democrats and republicans alike have done a good job teaching our children that interns, aides, and mistresses are the preferable method for getting off. Prostitutes are bad, yes, but instead of being murdered should be declared war on. Drugs and terrorism have crumpled under our banner, prostitutes shall too!

Because they believe all citizens belong to the state.

Oh, it's not always the democrats. It's just that the various "decency" groups on the right are always shrill about everything, so nobody notices when they condemn things.

Make sure your browser window is wide enough that the smiley rows don't need to wrap - looks much better that way.

Only if you spell color and center correctly.

We must stop this from being in games because kids sure don't get exposed to this kind of thing from advertising (any medium), TV shows or movies.

Perhaps she would have liked it better if you could run for office in the game and persuade the interns to give you head?

It's because voters are always automatically suspicious of Democrats' morals. It's the same reason that only Nixon could go to China...only the Reps could get arms control treaties thru Congress...and only a Republican will be able to end the War on Drugs. They have the presumption of the moral high ground, and because God is on their side, they can bend the conventional definition of morality without committing political suicide. Dems always have to fight that presumption of moral weakness, requiring a lot of posturing.
Back in the day, when religious nutjobs were fringe nutjobs, secularism and moral relativism were assets for the Dems. Now that religious nutjobs have taken over our government, the Dems have to walk that walk and talk that talk if they hope to regain power. They have made a conscious tactical decision to out-holy the Reps in 2006...and the easiest way to do that is to be For The Children.
Hillary Clinton in particular has a lot of liberal baggage to hide if she hopes to get the presidential nomination in 2008...which, obviously, she does. Yes, it's spineless and cynical...but it just continues the "Republican Lite" trajectory that the Dem Party has followed since the Reagan revolution.

I think it has more to do with being the party out of power.
The party in power can't make grandstand plays like this because the opposition can then force them into actually trying to pass some legislation that both sides know is bad. The party in power would then get the blame for the bad legislation.
Right now, Hillary is free to complain about anything she want's precisely because she can always blame congress lack of action on those do nothing republicans. Give the dem's control of the legislation and these type of actions would magically come from the other side.
